Had a pretty crappy experience today Going through the drive through, i understand my Buddy took a minute to figure out what he wanted,even so believe that's not an excuse to be rude.
I got three meals, one combo and two biggy bags. And I proceeded to watch them inside the drive through window struggling to make sure that this order was put together. Maybe she's new and that's okay, however One of the drinks was wrong and i asked for it to be Corrected, and the drive through clerk gave me a nasty look, corrected my order, and handed me a drink with soda running down the side, Dripping down my hand. On top of all 3 orders being shoved into one bag... made it difficult to verify if they indeed got my order right.

We normally stop in about once a week.The service is pretty quick through the drive through, and the foods always good.
3:45 pm on a Saturday and the dining room is locked and trashed from what I can see through the window. Must me easier to lock the door and close the dining room then to clean it!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Just a couple of days after the hurricane and working was a skeleton crew. They did their best. The food was ok. A lot of people going through the drive-thru. Had the dining room to myself. It was nice. I'll be going back soon.

After waiting 30 mins on line inside. I ordered one Dave's double combo and one baconater combo. Both large. She rang up one med. I didn't say anything. Now out of time on my meal break I rushed back to work. Once there i find two single combos. The staff was rude , dirty and nasty. The long hair ones wore no hair nets . I observed one employee touch their face bare handed and another eat a handful of French fries. Congrats to this staff. I wasted 26 bucks on nothing . Last time I eat here.

Cold nuggets and was out of half the menu. Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Don’t try to use the app or rewards either. They looked at me and had no idea about it. I didn’t get to use my rewards and had to pay full price for awful food. Their response is “they’re not trained on the app”. What??
