We went through the drive through, asked for no mayonnaise on one sandwich and got mayonnaise, and they didn’t give buffalo sauce as requested. The food wasn’t terrible.

Staff was very rude soda machine sprayed all over me and when I told the girl she smirked and said yeah I know . Then I asked for spoons for my frosty and she huffed at me and slammed the spoons on counter. Then asked for napkins cause they had none out for guest to grab and she snapped at me saying they don't have any even though a manager walked in with some in her uniform and wearing flip flops. I will never patron this Wendys ever agin

It's hard to sit here and write this because I have given this store so many chances and tonight is the final straw. The food was cold and old. The frosty was purely water. And the kids meal missing the main protein and toy. Do better.

Was told that the new chicken tenders were discontinued by the shift that was on at 9:45 PM on October 17, went online and found out they are not. So I then called and was told that they were available for a limited time only and that time was up and they were out of them. So which is it, discontinued, limited time or plain laziness to not prepare them at 9:45. Would rather have the truth instead of BS.

Unacceptable experience. There was no one in line, yet I still had to wait far too long for my order. On top of that, the lady couldn’t even check to make sure both of my sauces were in the bag. The lack of attention and customer service was honestly disappointing. Poor lady hates her job just let her go

i rarely write bad reviews, but the woman taking my order was unbelievable rude when i’m always polite when speaking with service workers because i’ve been in their shoes but jeez. She had a blue wig with a pink claw clip. Not only was she really rude but then my food came out and they wouldn’t give me a refund for my frosty since the machine was working, plus the LARGE fry was filled up enough to fill a small. I’m genuinely so disappointed
