Shop couple times a week, today ordered 2 LG chili & 5 Jr. Cheeseburgers..paid $19.52, home got shorted one burger..had to wait to side with another car..Only 3 cars in line they weren't that busy..it was all PUT in same bag..burgers very crunched up

The quality of service received was satisfactory, and the demeanor of the cashier was welcoming. However, I regret to inform you that the food, particularly the fries and nuggets, did not meet expectations. Furthermore, our experience was further dampened upon observing a drive-thru worker adorned with a purple bonnet, which we found to be distinctly unprofessional and off-putting.

My friend & I visit this Wendy's once a week as a reward for our Dental visit, 'cause we enjoy the Chili, the $5 & $7 Biggy Bag. You can't find a better value for one's dollar, and the food is made to order, not sitting in a warmer tray, as is the case @ other venues of similar style.Parking: As is with most "fast food establishments, there is ample parking plus the handicap parking ?️ slots are ample & right near the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: There's the wheelchair ramp built-in to the sidewalk and the door is not hard to open.

I just left this location and everything I ordered was in my bag and the sandwich, nuggets & fries were totally worth the late night trip up there. They seem to run a tight ship in the evenings. I had quit eating fast food awhile back but this place was ON POINT! I don't know if you all read this, but I left a happy customer tonight and I appreciate it.
If you use the drive thru be aware that the prices shown on the menu are cheaper than the price they will charge you. The last time I drove through I told the guy the price on the menu was cheaper than what he was charging me. His reply was to roll his eyes at me and slam the window close. They know the prices are wrong but they prefer to rip off hard working people.

It's ridiculous when I love Wendy's but the employees are just . Everytime I get greeted by this white dude with black hair , has piercing and maybe a AirPod in from time to time. Like why get a job you don't like. Didn't realize asking for a straw which should've been given with the drink or sauce that was asked for at the speaker box was a lot to ask for . Please do better . I do nothing but order food and go about my way. Either rushed to order or get a nasty attitude. I work in fast food . This is just pitiful. Morning crew is way better than night crew. Oh and then you got another person standing on their phone in customers view lol , that's what y'all get paid for
