I go to Chic Fil A 4-5 times a week for breakfast. From time to time I go to Wendy’s on Taylor to mix it up and because the food is fresh and they are fast. They get you from order time and leaving the window in under a minute usually. No place else does that around here. So WHY is it the Chic is closed for renovations and the McDonald’s drive thru line is to the street at two locations… and the Wendy’s drive thru has only me in it and the inside is empty? Good food, good service, clean place, and empty? It has to be something with branding and marketing. I can’t fathom why the McDonald’s in the same parking lot is packed and people would rather wait there to pay more for less quality. I doubt any decision maker will see this but if by some miracle one did, they would definitely not share my post as it would make the corporate meeting rooms very uncomfortable and quiet. Now is the time they should be having record sales.

okay like the fifth time consecutive. breakfast is awesome. I love the fact they make the eggs fresh. and their egg McMuffin sandwiches are excellent. not one bad thing has come out of this particular restaurant for me. love you guys. a very thankful person on her way to work. ❤️

Every single time I order Doordash from this location, something is wrong with the order. Today I ordered the Takis Fuego meal and when it arrived, the sandwich literally had no toppings. Just a plain, dry piece of chicken. How do you forget to put on every single topping!? Make it make sense!
Absolutely the best tasting Wendy's I've ever been too.. Clean and The food is fresh and very well put together. Employees are friendly and neatly dressed. Outstanding! The smell from the bathroom is a whole other ballgame. I swear someone died in it ..

We have been customers of this Wendy’s for many many years. We just got a dinner salad that I’ve also ordered for many many years and it was probably half the size that usually was. It was hardly any chicken apples anything on it and no change in price, highly highly disappointed With all the options out there we probably won’t be going back. It’s very sad.
