Ordered 2 ranches with my meal. Bag is handed to me sealed and assured it’s all there. Get back to work to eat. Not a single ranch. But I have 11 straws for my 2 drinks. I understand this location just opened, but sauce is a pretty big part of wings. This annoyed me more than anything and I don’t even want my food right now.

I went to this Wingstop the other day and everything was absolutely wonderful! My server, Travon Kelley, gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me. I was amazed by how much he explained and walked me through everything.
I honestly haven’t been to a Wingstop in Florida in a long time because of past bad customer service, but this location completely changed my mind. Travon definitely deserves five stars—I’d even nominate him for Employee of the Month! Big shoutout to him for making my visit such a great experience. Highly recommend checking this spot out!
