Food prep area was very dirty and the service was not great. It was my first time going so I needed a little help with the process and they didn’t seem to care. I probably won’t go to this or any Chipotle location again.

I feel like from one worker to the next they do different things.
I went an got a burrito and the lady did two scoops of meat. She didn’t charge me.
I’m trying to consume more protein so the next day I told the lady (different person) that I would like to pay for double meat.
She gave me two scoops of meat. After I questioned her about it she had an attitude the entire time while making my food.

I ordered inside and asked for a chicken bowl. They were out of brown rice so I settled for white. Then the same person that I told I wanted a chicken bowl asked me what kind of protein I wanted. They were out of grilled veggies and I asked how long it would be. I was told in exact words "I have no clue". My bowl was topped off and the cashier was told it was a chicken bowl, but the cashier had an ear pod in her ear and I had to wait for her to finish texting to be...
