Now Gina, you do not talk to your employees the way I heard you talking to her. Someone that does such an amazing job with customer service deserves so much more than the attitude I heard coming out of your mouth. I was absolutely disgusted. “I usually hit this Dunkin’ in the mornings, and the AM staff is not entirely the friendliest. Today (August 20th around 1:20 PM), I pulled up and was surprised. The afternoon crew was hands-down the NICEST, funniest, most positive Dunkin’ team I’ve ever encountered in my entire life.
The vibe was immaculate. The energy? Unmatched. The jokes? On point. Honestly, it felt less like ordering a coffee and more like pulling up to a comedy club with lattes. The young lady at the drive-thru window especially—she deserves a raise, a promotion, and probably her own talk show.
This team turned my quick coffee run into the highlight of my day. Whoever was working that shift, keep them forever. Dunkin’, take notes: THAT’S how you do customer service.“

“The Tarpon Springs location is fantastic, I go every morning and I have my coffee ready when I walk in the door, they know exactly what I want, you can not ask for a better staff than that!!
