We had lunch today Thursday the 14th. The food was very dry and overcooked today and the service was slow. Have had lunch here and dinner many times with Better. Hopefully they get it fixed soon we will keep coming because we love the all you can eat

Excellent Service!! I placed an order online of fry fish with fries and on notes I stated that I was allergic to shrimp. A young lady, Alyssa called me and stated that they fry shrimp in the same fryer as the fish and fries. She kindly asked if they can perhaps broil the fish and get a baked potato. I am so grateful that the employee informed me and was polite about it. When I pulled up to curb side Adrianna delivered the food with a smile. She was very friendly. Just wanted to leave a review on my waitress Jessica. She was absolutely AMAZING!! Very friendly answered any and ALL questions we had. She was extremely patient and checked on us throughout our time there. She was quick and efficient. I don’t think there was 1 time she approached us without a smile on her face! We are from out of town and this was by far one of my best experiences at red lobster.
