First time not cooking, too many tasks to finish. Everybody enjoyed and with the leftovers I made split pea soup OMG meat and the bone marrow added so much flavor, I enough meet to make 2- quiche pies. I diffidently would buy from them again!

I’m really upset because I just moved here as I was displaced by hurricane Helene. I ordered a very small boneless honeybaked ham for Christmas and was so excited because this was the high point of our dinner. When I unwrapped it, it had zero glaze on it. I called The one 800 customer service line on the website and they informed me that they didn’t handle store issues that I had to call the store.
I called the store and let the person know that I was speaking to that. I had ordered a ham for Christmas and there was absolutely no glaze on it. The man went immediately into defense mode and told me that the glaze gets seeped into the ham. I said no there was no glaze on this. He says “Yes yes there was it just got seeped into the ham that’s what happened.”
I was so taken back that I asked him again. Are you sure because it’s dry and when I say dry I mean there is nothing on it and I have pictures to show it. He said nope that’s the way it comes. He didn’t offer any type of recourse didn’t ask me to bring it back in just told me that’s the way it was.
I am appalled And felt gaslighted. I will never buy anything from this honeybaked ham store ever again
Also, when I went to pick up my prepaid ham, there were only three people ahead of me and every time the young lady would attempt to scan something she would have to walk in the back. It took a very long time to get a ham I was so disappointed with.
This place has the best most amazing ham. The taste was just amazing!!! The broccoli was amazing!! The baked beans were very good too. The cinnamon apples were ok. The taste was amazing tho. I just think I over heated them that they were a little mushy. Who knows. Amazing food!!

15 years of buying for the holidays at honey ham. 1st time at port riches location. Worst experience in 15 years. Only 1 line today. No prepaid line. Hot muggy inside/ AC down maybe as back door was open. Then computers went down. Will follow up with main office

I used to visit frequently for lunches under the previous owner. It has now gone downhill. The coolers have gross leaks around them and the tile floors around the coolers are disgusting. The coolers don't even feel like they are kept at the proper temperature. I opened a cooler door and it did not seem cool. I'm surprised corporate will allow such a filthy place. I did not purchase any items due to the filth.
