Customer service was terrible there was four employees in the building and no one in the drive thru or ordering and waited for over 10 minutes at the window trying to get an employees attention until i knocked on the window... when i ordered the girl was polite I ordered a quart of vanilla with a rasberry swirl and when i opened it... it wasnt a swirl it was just a really artifial chemical tasting flavoring dumped all over the top it was not even edible such a waste of $14 I recomend going to Dairy queen or the location on 52 the quality and customer service are that bad !
Visiting the area, we came across Twistee Treat and are so glad we stopped! The soft serve was incredibly creamy, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Every bite was rich and flavorful, making it the perfect treat on a warm day. The service was friendly, and the whole experience was great. If you're in the area and craving ice cream, Twistee Treat is definitely worth a visit!
Rusty benches, milk shake cup with whole on the bottom.
Went for ice cream tonight. Tried our normal place at Zimmerman and 52. They were packed. They had about 40 people waiting for ice cream and another 20 waiting to order. So I made the mistake of going to the one across from the mall.
Asked for a quart of chocolate and a quart of vanilla/chocolate. They collect the money bring both quarts to the window with spoons sticking out of the them. Then I ask if I can have lids because I'm by myself in the car. Then hand them back.
Mind you I was asked if I needed a bag when I ordered them. I said that would be nice thank you. I even tipped him $5.00. So they hand both of them back to me through the window no bag. I put one in the crook of my arm and I put the other one in my hand and then the guy looked at me, and stated do you need a bag? Looked around and said well I don't know if we have anything, and then grabbed a paper bag and handed it to me through the window. I put them in the bag I said thank you so very much I appreciate you. Drove home, took them out of the bag, took the lids off, they are both chocolate.
It was like there was a bunch of high school boys running it, I think they need a little experience in there. Just my opinion.
I won't make this mistake again, I will make sure I stay at the one at Zimmerman and 52. Those girls know what they're doing there.
Omg high end ice cream is delicious! Prices are reasonable and the candy options are good. Love it!
Some of the best soft serve I’ve ever had.
Really the only ice cream choice around. It’s expensive $5 for a large ice cream cone is crazy to me. You want to add a tipping add $1.25 per topping. For maybe 25 cents of product.
Excellent customer service my truck wouldn’t start and one of the employees helped me out. Her name was Kayli! Thank you! also the ice cream was delicious 💜
Waited a long time outside. They were not busy but we had a big order. Two boys running it and they did OK.
Delicious soft serve, fast service and friendly employees! Try the German chocolate premium flavor!

I asked for a specific plain cone but was given something else. When I politely asked if I could swap it, the employee responded with attitude and told me to ‘be more specific,’ even though I was not rude at any point. It was a simple fix and didn’t require remaking anything since it was a plain cone, after that she slammed the window. Please train your employee to provide better customer service (I was there around 7:15pm hispanic girl with lashes is who im talking about)
GREAT SERVICE!!!!
The Best me icecream
Great customer service! Delicious caramel sundaes!
Poor customer service, they were annoyed because they had to remake my order because they got it wrong. Threw it out because it was sloppy to say the least. Have a cup of caramel with ice that looked like was thrown in with the whipped cream from the other one.
