Thank you for your response. I would imagine there is a measurement but there was nothing in mine lol so either the measurement is a teaspoon or it wasn't added correctly.
The ice cream is good but they are very skimpy on toppings in a twirl. Yesterday was the third time I tried again and there were no reese cups in the twirl. Customer service is pretty good about making things right when you send them a picture but I don't feel like complaining everytime they get it wrong.
