While the pastries, chicken salad, and bakery items here are absolutely delicious, I must say the most bitter part of my entire experience here would be the brunette staff in the headbands. All other staff at this bakery are welcoming, kind, and sweeter than the baked goods. Having been coming in all week I decided to bring my mom and grandma who were visiting from out of state so that they could see my new favorite local shop! I left furious and so embarrassed by the way this staff treated me, my grandma AND WORSE SO her own costaff. The place was busy so I understand how errors occur as I work in food service myself. The owner, the staff, and the business as a while should be so embarrassed by her behavior and the treatment of customers and staff should certainly not be tolerated. She interrupted, was short and rude in tone, and would not let the issue drop with costaff over HER error. I hope that the teammate that she berated gets to see this lady receive correction bare minimum because the whole shop was staring. Hustle and bustle is a business’ opportunity to let their customer service shine…this was certainly not that. Furthermore, when I called to inquire about when the owner would return, she refused to tell me stating “what is your problem ma’am” so I politely wished her a well weekend and advised I would be calling back next week to speak with the owner. Hoping for a more encouraging outcome.

We are on our first trip to Mexico Beach and ventured to St. Joe. We drove past and I decided to run in and grab a few desserts for our anniversary, the ultimate or loaded brownie I can’t remember the name, but it was absolutely fantastic not too sweet but so rich with flavor. My favorite dessert is Key lime pie, I snagged a couple of the minis and oh my goodness that is one of the smoothest pie I have ever had! Would 1000% recommend anyone grabbing some desserts!

My family and friends had breakfast here on Friday since we were doing a beach getaway and everything we had tasted great. Coffee, quiches, pastries, sandwiches, and the key lime is a must. We planned on going back the next day but ended up going today and they are closed on Sundays. We will definitely be back!

This little gem personifies the cornerstone of a community. The culinary creations that come from this oasis of flavor are second to none. Once tasted you can’t help but become a returning customer.

Was super excited but honestly let down. I an pumpkin addict and this was definitely not that. Tasted like China fake flavoring and not a bit of real pumpkin. The breakfast croissant might as well have been gas station quality. We tossed out half and went to the Joe Coffee place and the bagel was MUCH better.

We are visiting from out of town and stopped by for breakfast and coffee. We were greeted with such friendly service from start to finish! We had the bacon egg and cheese croissant, blueberry cream cheese danish, and an iced vanilla latte. Everything was delicious! Will definitely be returning!!

This bakery is simply a delight! I ordered my daughters fishing birthday cake from GA. With a pick up this past Friday. The cake was perfect. Delicious and adorable. But the bakery and its owner were nothing less than a small town touchdown. (Reference because it was homecoming this weekend. Cheerleaders were waiting the parade in the bakery.). We couldn’t resist the baked goodies and chicken salad. Both were perfect for coffee and fishing boat treats. This will be our go to place for all things bakery. Thank you again for loving our daughter so well!! Her birthday cake was just what her fishing heart wanted!

The only place I’d recommend in Port St Joe for pastries, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and customer service!

A gem for this area and a must visit! My partner and I visited today 9.6.2024 and it’s exactly what we were looking for. They foster an environment where everyone is welcome, the food is great, the service is the best and it was nice not seeing a political sign hanging in their building. Probably the only shop we’ve gone to that didn’t blast their politics in your face upon entry. After all, people are on vacation to escape and they provided just that!

Over-priced! The key lime pie tasted like soap and the other 6 items we purchased were stale.

Food was amazing. Do not let the back road fool you, this is a hidden jem. Homemade buttermilk biscuits and gravy are a must! We were pleasantly surprised to say the least. We will be bk next year!!!
