“So good, the food was so good. I got the three different street tacos meal, and all 3 were delicious. My partner got the 3 tacos especially (birrias loco), and we shared every. And I have to say this is now my favoritetaco place. The staff was great. Not only to us but also to each other. The waitress dropped and broke a glass salt shaker, and after making sure everyone was okay, they just laughed with her and helped her clean it up. While she was sweeping the hard floor, someone else was vacuuming the carpet part, and others were checking on her tables just in case they needed anything while she was busy. Great team work. Good attitude and atmosphere.”

“Wish I had stopped to snap a picture before chowing down! Husband and I just enjoyed some delicious BBQ! I had the pulled chicken stuffed baked potato; light smoked flavor (not overwhelming which is a plus for me), a huge baked potato and the Bourbon BBQ sauce was perfection! He had the pulled pork sandwich (pork was tender and flavorful even before adding the sauce!), baked beans were so good-not overdone like some places-and the Texas caviar was simply yummy. The owner and staff were just as welcoming and kind as you’d think for Southern hospitality at its finest. It was our first time… won’t be the last time.”

“10/10 love living nearby such a beautiful piece of paradise and having awesome kind hearts businesses like these make it even better, we got our low country boil today for us and some friend who are down from out of town we got a spice meter that goes over quick. So they kindly accommodated and put the perfect amount of season with no spice and seasons in the side! It was AWESOME! Not thinking about it we sent our friend with a card to pick it up she went to pay and they told her they didn’t accept cash but to just stop back by before she headed out of town and catch them up. She kindly declined and went up to the store for gas but I wanna say this is awesome I love how tight not this company was with a random stranger they only just met for some food. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality we can’t wait to come back!”

“To the person bitching about the bathroom situation at Dagwood’s, (or the lack thereof). In fact it is NOT required to have a public restrooms at a “take-out” restaurant when there is no indoor seating. And, by the way, their prices are more than fair, their food is delicious and consistent, and it is hands down one of the best places to get lunch in Gulf county. Here’s a good idea…go to the bathroom before you go to Dagwood’s, or get your food to go and go home so you have access to a bathroom for the 30-45 minutes it takes you to eat your sandwich. Dagwood’s is the bomb.”

“Bayside Bakery has provided numerous cakes, cup cakes, dessert and cookies for myself, my family and for various occasions. I brought an idea to them and they created a wonderful cake for my son's birthday There grab and go sandwiches make it easy when I only have a 30 minute lunch and the soups are delicious.”

“The food is very good. I had the Georgia Green Salad and Betty Spaghetti and the hubby had a Cuban Sandwich. Liked being able to get smaller portions. Food was very good. We have not had a bad experience there. Will be back again.”

“We didn’t take pictures, but the ham and mushroom calzone was probably the best we have ever eaten. It was not flat like ones you get at other places. It was stuffed full of cheesy goodness and huge - loaded with a variety of cheeses pleasing to the palate. Three of us split it and still had half left. The thin crust supreme pizza had a ton of toppings with the perfect blend of seasonings and sauce. Our rule when at the beach is to have seafood daily, but don’t pass on the pizza when you’re in town! The homemade dough, sauce, and fresh ingredients made this pizza GREAT. Definitely 5 ⭐️s for taste, quality ingredients, and plenty of food.”

“Four of us just stopped in for a quick cold drink. My hubby got a draft beer and the other three of us got mixed drinks. My husband's beer came in a glass but our other three drinks came plastic cups with a local real estate company name imprinted on the glasses. Delicious drinks. But disappointing to be served in a cheap plastic cup with advertising.”

“We stopped in here while out for a drive on Cape San Blas and while the outside isn't much, the inside is quaint and nice. We bellied up to the bar and hubby ordered a tap beer and I got an iced tea. The beer was flat, so bartender gave him a bottle beer. Placed our order, hubby did shrimp tacos and I did a fresh fish of the day basket. Order came, my order was wrong. No biggie as the bartender put in the right order and it came out fast. However, hubby's shrimp tacos, while he said they were very good, has only 2 small shrimp on each taco. That is just crazy. Like, we've never seen a place to 2 small shrimp on a single taco. Usually it's 4 or more. My "wrong" order was friend shrimp, and we did get to enjoy that as it was a mistake, and they were good. When my fresh fish of the day came, I was shocked. While it was absolutely delicious, it was 2 small pieces. So, all in all, had we not been able to keep and eat the 6 shrimp on the messed up order, we'd both left still pretty hungry. As it was, we didn't really leave "full", but just ok. The food is fresh, and very good, but portions are lacking. Staff is super nice, and we had a nice relaxing visit. Prices are about same as other places, but other places the portions are bigger. So, if you are a light eater, you might be ok. If you like food, as we do, you might want to check out other options. Or maybe ask how big the portions are.”

“we quit going to Cat five because the food was terrible so when we found out someone else was running it, we went back last night four of us for a family dinner. The price was not bad. Our waitress was absolutely amazing. The only problem we had was that I ordered the special surf and turf, my husband and brother-in-law got the seafood platter and my mother-in-law got the crabcake platter. They had their dinner about 15 minutes before mine ever came out when I did it don’t get me wrong. It was absolutely delicious but the steak and the lobster were cold. I was a little disappointed that they did not give us a discount because it took so long to get my food out and it was cold when I got it , but don’t let my little bad experience stop anyone from going the food was absolutely amazing and delicious. My problem came from the kitchen not from my waitress they said they were trying to get my steak right which is fine but again I had cold lobster tail and cold fillet. I’m just a little disappointed in the managementfor not trying to fix this but we will be going back. I have no other complaints except my family was almost done eating by the time I got my food it’s an awesome restaurant.”

“Excellent place to eat! We always make several stops here when we visit the area. The oysters and shrimp are delicious and the kids love their meals too. The crab leg appetizer is totally worth it. It's a busy place, so you may want to plan ahead and get there early! Highly recommend!”

“Yall! We were in Cape San Blas for 10 days. We kept passing a building that had a sign out front that read COFFEE! It was a half a mile from where we were staying. On the 9th day we slowed down to see what kind of coffee it had. Low and behold, it was a restaurant. Cone Heads.

EAT HERE! It was the best food we had the entire vacation. We drove all the way to Port St. Joe for nothing.

I wish we could rewind because we would have been there at least three times. The Lobster Bisque was the best in all of Florida! Our waitress was amazing.

“We have eaten here twice and thought it was great both times. I got the Beef in Garlic Sauce, and the meat was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and very tasty. Vegetables were fresh and cooked just right. We also had the fried pork dumplings and thought they were very good, especially the sauce that came with them. Would definitely recommend!”
