Burger Restaurants near Port Saint Joe

“In Mexico Beach on vacation and we asked what's the best burger on the beach around here. Richey's was the overwhelming answer and, boy, were they RIGHT! Great place for FABULOUS burgers and fries! Big Ole smash burgers and PERFECT seasoned fries. We loved it!“

“While visiting the area we stopped here to eat based on recommendations from a friend. Let me tell you - we will be back! Oh my gosh the food was fresh and cooked to perfection. My only feedback is on the food is related to the burger - it was over cooked and just blah, however we were there for the shrimp and oysters so that does not sway my rating. Service was good. At first I was a little lost and confused on how to order and what to do. No one takes your order they give you a slip of paper with the available items listed and you mark how many of each you want and take it to the cook. The place is small but they do have outside seating. We went just before 2:00 so we only waited 15 minutes or so to be seated. When you are put on the list they give you a paper to track whatever you take from the cooler and they ring you up at the end. We ordered the baked oysters, peel and eat shrimp and stuffed shrimp. We ate almost every bite of our food. The food was oozing with flavor and freshness. We will be back in the area in June and already talking about going back.“

“We got takeout as we just got on the cape after a long drive from PA. We ordered the Duece Natchos which were amazing. They did a fantastic job separating everything so they did not get soggy. The place is very cute inside with plenty of TVs to watch your favorite sport. We also ordered the Veggie pizza, their sauce really is amazing, I would have cooked the pie for another 5, but overall it was a really good tasting pizza. The woman who helped at the restaurant was amazing and really cared.“

“Tap Root is a great little open air bar in Port St Joe. This past week I was walking around PSJ taking photos and saw Tap Root next to the Goodwill store. I decided to stop by for a lunch beer, that lead into afternoon beers. :) Service was awesome and the beers on tap were cold and delicious. Highly recommend dropping into Tap Root for a cold one. There is also a slider truck next Tap Root if you want some food with your delicious beer.“

“Must read. I gave 5 star to be hidden.So been a loyal customer for 3 years.The drive threw lady was very rude!!!! The other morning I found a bug in my hashbrown. Called manager he took the part with the bug in it. This guy was super short with me.Didn't give any concern for the situation. Didn't ask if I wanted refund or nothing. Just broughtCome out with 2 dollars and some change. Now he didn't want talk to us at all. So I take the rest of our bag food. In to get a refund or maybe another meal. Instead He was very quuck to just refund the meatakes the cash money refunded“

“New management seems to be doing well! We went through the drive through with a huge order, and they missed a sandwich. We returned to correct it and the manager was VERY sweet and accommodating. Made sure we had a hot, fresh sandwich and extra goodies to make up for the mistake. I greatly appreciate the staff here working hard!“

“The food is amazing! The service was sincerely wonderful. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he was incredibly friendly.. The restaurant and the bathrooms were extremely clean. Overall a truly great experience and the best meal we’ve had since we’ve been here.Parking: Parking by the restaurant with additional parking across the street.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, down to earth environment.“
