I go to burger kings all over while traveling. This is by far the worst I have ever been to. Horrible service, didnt know how to ring up my order, then had to wait forever, then got my order wrong. Sp had to explain the 3 different workers all over again. Workers need to take their hoodies off and pull up their damn pants. Take off their being blind belts. Wear some appropriate foot wear and not slide around in ugg sandals. DO NOT GO HERE !!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!

Everyone you go thru you get the wrong order, incomplete and the staff is just rude. They done answer there phone or correct any mistakes. Went thru today and got someone else's order.

Burger King corporate your signage is written very badly. It appears on your 4.99 double cheeseburger combo special that you have a choice between the rodeo Burger the bacon burger or the double cheeseburger for $4.99. That is not correct the rodeo Burger or bacon burger would be more. It's written very tiny on a sign that flashes so fast you can barely read it. It made for an extremely frustrating drive-thru ordering situation. Normally I give this Burger King extremely high marks for service. Because of the signage this time I have to give a lower mark

Food was ok but service was horrible. Cashier didn't bother to mention there ice machine was broke until after being asked and there is no soap dispenser in the bathroom very unsanitary!!

I purchased a combo and asked for a soft drink instead of coffee. Suzie charged an additional $1.20 for the soft drink. I questioned the additional charge and she said that's what they do. Terrible customer service

This place is under new management and it’s incredibly obvious! Both drive thru lanes open, took my order in a timely fashion, I was in and out of the line in three minutes, and the food was piping hot and delicious! I had almost given up hope on this place as a local, but give it a try now. You’ll be pleasantly surprised!

Pretty good. The customer service was bar none, the food was spectacular, and the environment in general was clean. Eat your heart out, McDonald's.

Bless the guy (what seemed to be the only one working there) that prepared our meal on a Sunday morning. Food was fresh and warm. Give him a raise! He’s doing everyone’s job himself it seems
So, this is a weird one. On one hand it was great and on the other it was ridiculously bad. The place was open but the cook had shut everything down and left. I had made an online order and it was already paid for but the last left there couldn't make it because the cook has shot down the grill but the dryers were still hot. She was super sweet and said she could make me a chicken sandwich instead. So she did and up sized my order. I want to emphasize how great she was. But the fact the cook shut everything down and was refusing to last anyone order was crap. The only reason why my order was made was because it was through the app
