We were the only ones there. They served a literal cold biscuit. The sausage was ever so slightly warm. The biscuit itself felt like they just took it out of the fridge. This was actually disgusting. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is the worst restaurant in town. Obviously, the app and the store are not on the same page; the app says you can order this here, but the store does not have it. Place an order this morning for lunch, and when I drove to the store, they were closed. I had to contact customer support to get a refund, which was completely ridiculous. Why don't you guys just close down for good!

This is one of the worst burger kings I’ve been to. The last few times I’ve been here they have been super rude and gotten my orders wrong. They don’t greet customers or even really speak to them. They seem very inconvenienced that they have to get off of their cellphones and give you your food and give you rude looks as they interact with you. Someone needs to look into what’s going on at this place

Driver thru window sucked! Man was not professional. He threw my receipt in trash without asking me if I wanted it. He was rude and acted like I was a problem to be ordering food there. If you don’t want to be there go home.

I went through the drive thru and asked for no mayo but both sandwiches had mayo on them so I went inside and nobody was in there. They weren’t busy at all but they just stared at me and didn’t even greet me or ask if I’ve been helped. Finally I saw the manager come out the back and she just stared at me and i told her I got two sandwiches without mayo but they both had it. She said well you got to say no mayo and wouldn’t get me a new sandwich. She argued with me and wouldn’t make me another sandwich so I showed her my receipt that literally says no mayo. So she finally went and made it. But who argues with you like that and REFUSES to make it right. Especially to be a manager

Girl at drive through was extremely rude with a nasty attitude...asked for a biscuit and she told us we should go to McDonalds! Half the time the place isn't even open or the drive thru employees make you wait forever before taking your order and there won't even be anyone there but you. Lots of days they are sitting outside in their cars and won't even answer the drive thru. I think maybe the police should get involved, this business may be a front for illegal things! The owner apparently does not care, so that tells me something is up!

Bad customer service keep giving this place a chance after our experience yesterday in drive thru being treated terrible we’re done as a local what a bummer also our order was missing multiple items didn’t even bother going back i wish no one out of a job here but obviously a better standard needs set starting with management down do better

Lobby is locked at 4pm with employees sitting in their cars and in the lobby. I believe that the owners of this franchise should really look at what’s happening at this location. I visit this location once a month and will never come again!

No response in drive thru when we pulled up. Drove around to window and asked if they were open….old man seemed annoyed as he got off his cell phone. Drove around to go the line again…he took our order this time. Drove up to window and waited a long time. He takes my payment, hands us drinks and food…then he tries to hand me the receipt and the card at the same time. I can’t see the card, so he drops it on the ground, closes the window and walks off. No apologies, no let me try to help you with that…I pull the van forward, my wife gets out and picks the card up off the ground and knocks on the window since we needed sauces…the guy proceeds to argue with her about dropping the card, blaming me for dropping it. Unbelievable.

Not even worth 1 star. We are a family of 3. Sat in the drive thru for 20 min... Then proceeded to place our order. Obviously a meal for each of... Duuuuh! We'll the worker came on the speaker and said "there are only 2 of us in here I can't be taking all these orders!" ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! We left. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
