So, this is a weird one. On one hand it was great and on the other it was ridiculously bad. The place was open but the cook had shut everything down and left. I had made an online order and it was already paid for but the last left there couldn't make it because the cook has shot down the grill but the dryers were still hot. She was super sweet and said she could make me a chicken sandwich instead. So she did and up sized my order. I want to emphasize how great she was. But the fact the cook shut everything down and was refusing to last anyone order was crap. The only reason why my order was made was because it was through the app

Showed up 2pm . One drive through had a cone blocking entry, the other the screen said disconnected. Went inside. There was an Amazon driver in front of us. It was close to 10 min before even acknowledging there were customers waiting to place an order. Finally ordered food after 15 min standing there. The drink machine was 100% out of C02 so no carbonation. This was not communicated and they continued to serve drinks to people after us knowing the drinks tasted awful. At the 30 min mark I still did not have my food and two workers were on their cell phones. Food finally came and half the order missing. When I sternly said I have been here 30 min and now half of food was missing I was met with immediate attitude as if I did something wrong. The one girl with hair in a bun started dropping F bombs all over the place as my two children stood there listening to her. I ordered three 8 pc nuggets and a chicken sandwhich and was missing the sandwhich and 1 8 pc nuggets. They said I ordered it wrong, but of course couldn’t show them reicept because the lady couldn’t figure out how to change the paper because it was out. A party of 12 showed up right as I was waiting on my nuggets to finally be cooked and the orders were taking for this large group with no mention of the drink machine not having carbonation.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food location and the mere fact I felt like my presence was keeping the workers from playing on their phones etc was mind boggling. Half of my order was missing but I started getting cussed at after waiting 30 min for food.
Reading the other reviews for this location how the owners have not intervened is beyond me .

If I could this would be zero stars. I'm not sure if the guy was having a bad day or if he was the only one working but wow! We went through the drive thru at about 730am. No biscuits left, car in front of us got the last one, rude guy taking our order & seemed inconvenienced at having to take our order, gave us incorrect food/drink but left the window so fast we couldn't wave him down, and the food was barely warm. No one was in the dining room and no one was in the drive thru behind us. That should have been our clue! Next time we eat in the area, we will keep going until we find something else this was ridiculous.
Terrible...don't do it...go back to McDonald's up the street.

Pulled up at 9am, sign on door says they open at 6am, parked, got out, and the doors were locked. Tried the drive thru, and it was open so we ordered breakfast, just for them to tell us they “had no biscuits”. McDonald’s it is..

We were the only ones there. They served a literal cold biscuit. The sausage was ever so slightly warm. The biscuit itself felt like they just took it out of the fridge. This was actually disgusting. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

This is the worst restaurant in town. Obviously, the app and the store are not on the same page; the app says you can order this here, but the store does not have it. Place an order this morning for lunch, and when I drove to the store, they were closed. I had to contact customer support to get a refund, which was completely ridiculous. Why don't you guys just close down for good!
This is one of the worst burger kings I’ve been to. The last few times I’ve been here they have been super rude and gotten my orders wrong. They don’t greet customers or even really speak to them. They seem very inconvenienced that they have to get off of their cellphones and give you your food and give you rude looks as they interact with you. Someone needs to look into what’s going on at this place
Driver thru window sucked! Man was not professional. He threw my receipt in trash without asking me if I wanted it. He was rude and acted like I was a problem to be ordering food there. If you don’t want to be there go home.
