Extremely slow staff. Long wait time, drive thru line was wrapped around the building so we decided to go in and order and it was just as bad. Need more staff. I find it very sad that you guys have/had an 80+ yr old woman mopping the dining room floor. Do better.

the slowest Mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. how are you a fast food joint and have 5 cars piled up waiting for their food. my coke was also watered down they don’t keep syrup stocked. never coming again unless the line is zero.

Great place to take lunch if you work outside in the heat. It's always so nice and cool in there and it's well kept. Nice, clean, and cool.
This location has consistently been a disappointment. Every visit involves a wait of at least 10-15 minutes for a stale breakfast sandwich, and when you try to bring up the issue, the staff often make you feel like you're the problem. After over 10 years of occasional visits, this is easily the worst McDonald’s I’ve encountered. They regularly try to manipulate the system by asking you to pull around to another side so the timer at the window doesn’t reflect the actual time spent waiting. The employees rarely seem to be in a good mood, and the inside is consistently dirty. This place seems to survive solely due to its central location, catching people in need of a quick meal. With the recent price increases, visiting here is no longer worth it. Sorry for being honest, I know people don't like that anymore.

The dining area was so dirty. Several tables were not clean and the floor was filthy. The cleanest part was the bathroom. The food wasn't too bad, but the fries were not salted at all. It took 20 minutes to get our food and they weren't busy.
