This place was a fantastic place away from the norm. When in PSJ everyone is at Peppers or the Brick Wall, but the bar and grill is my new favorite spot. Everything was quick and cooked to perfection, as well as great service. I went a little after lunch and was the only one there?! I can’t believe this place isn’t packed from open to close!

Absolutely fantastic! I got the grouper tacos and they were amazing and my husband got a hamburger with bacon and it was cooked to perfection! I had an oyster city IPA beer and it couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience.

PSJ SEAFOOD DISH ($25) is one of the best seafood dishes I've had anywhere. Grouper and Shrimp were cooked perfectly with an awesome parmesan butter sauce, with real mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. The Happy Chicken ($12) is grilled chicken with queso cheese dip. Sooo

Very nice staff. Great portion sizes. Food was very flavorful. Happy chicken=happy people! Our large group also tried the fish sandwich, burgers, teriyaki chicken and fried shrimp. We were all pleased with our experience and meal.

We will definitely dine here again when visiting.

My husband and I love Port St. Joe, and we try a new restaurant each time we are there. We have been to PSJ Bar & Grill twice now, and both times were great. The restaurant has a small bar and cool black booths. We were greeted right away, seated quickly, and enjoyed attentive service. The salmon is delicious, and so is the steak. We also like the calamari. Serving sizes are generous. This is my favorite restaurant in Port St. Joe!

Parking: Depending what time of day you go, the street parking can be a bit challenging but not terrible. If there is nowhere to park right along the sidewalk, we have never had an issue finding a parking spot maybe one street over and taking a short walk to the restaurant. There are a lot of little shops along the way, so it's a nice walk.

The food was good and service was excellent. The location is great in historic downtown Port St Joe.

Parking: Parking along the road can be very difficult. Once you find parking, stay there and walk to the various stores, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc.

While the menu is short and sweet, it covers all the basics; salads, sandwiches, home cooking and seafood. They have a long list of fresh sides- so you can make a veggie plate, and the salads are available with meat added. Everything I’ve tried is fresh, nicely seasoned and generous portions. The grilled chicken is juicy, the Rueben has lots of onion & peppers, and the fries are those amazing ones with extra coating to make them super crunchy.

first time ever trying this restaurant. my boyfriend and i are staying at a hotel in mexico beach and drove to port st. joe to find a nice place to eat. this was the first thing that popped up on google and i’m so grateful it did. we got there 40 minutes before closing because we forgot there was a time zone difference from mexico beach to port st. joe, but that didn’t matter because they didn’t treat us any different than if we would have came hours before closing. i got a martini, 10/10, a side salad, also 10/10 and the salmon dish with rice and broccoli. you’ll never guess what i would rate this.. 10/10. the entire meal was phenomenal. my boyfriend loved his food as well.

Was the first time there. We definitely enjoyed the bread and butter. The calamari was decent, would be better if the tentacles were also served. The amount of red sauce was more than plentiful. I had a side salad and it was decent. Lot of spinach, I wish that carrots and mushrooms were in it also.
The French fries were good and hot. The shrimp were tasty and crisp, also freshly fried. The Alfredo was very good and plentiful with plenty of fresh shrimp.
