Very short staff, underpaid overwork employees don't care. It's sad but that how companies do to employees. Employees won't even say your welcome. Food was OK, I won't go back

They are extremely slow. We paid extra for a sauce to be put on two tacos, they didn't put the sauce on them. I went up front and had to wait 5 mins for the worker to get done talking to her friend to even help me. I told her that the sauce wasn't on the tacos and asked if I could get some in a small cup to just dip them in. She repeated the sauce back to me and goes okay give me one min. Walks all the way to the back and then goes and stands at the drive-thru window. Makes eye contact with me and just turns around. Extremely rude, I wasn't even mad about them forgetting the sauce mistakes happen but I paid extra so id like what I paid for. But to just be lazy and not want to do your job and turn your back to me is extremely rude and unprofessional. You'd be better off going to McDonald's

Excellent service! Helped me w ordering fr Kiosk. Polite. Got our big order right! Like many Taco Bells, the tacos burritos etc are lite on substance n the tortilla is suppose to carry the day. It's expected unfortunately. Clean small store. We did Carry Out.

The restaurant was dirty, and every table in the restaurant was nasty. We had to order our food off the kiosk due to no one working the front counter. When we received our order, four out of five items were incorrect. We waited about 20 minutes to get that order, so I didn't even ask for the order to be corrected at that point.

Today I ordered breakfast at Taco Bell and had to go for a second trip! Because my cheesy toasted breakfast burrito.Was that good and the service was Excellent! My fiance and I work a A lot and we are always on the go, I wanted a large energy drink, but they were so nice about telling me that you guys did not offer that. I couldn't even find The flavors for the energy drinks on the menu. So the girl came out to show me and she was very sweet. The gentleman working the window and the girl on the cook table. Were so awesome and I will definitely be back! Also definitely a plus that you guys offer cage free eggs! 🥚 🥰
