Big orders 2 days in a row at closing... (sorry guys you're the only place in town open after 9!) Employees were sweet and made sure order was right and we had everything we needed and ordered.
Walked into order, was told to use kiosk. We left, wonât be back. I didnât walk in to play on screen.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in... Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged... When I finally did get someone's attention they informed me I had to use the kiosk to order... That might be okay if the kiosk was up-to-date and had all the menu items on it... When I finally got their attention again the guy simply looked at me rolled his eyes and pointed back at the kiosk...

I had the worst service Iâve ever had at a food establishment here. I ordered in the drive thru and when I received my order, the entire order was incorrect. No biggie, it happens. However, when I told the lady at the window that the order was wrong, she argued with me and told me that she entered exactly what I ordered and read the order back to me. She had scrambled the order and yes, it was all incorrect. When I said, âthatâs not what we orderedâ a second time, she continued to argue with me. Never attempted to just fix it and make it right. So we went home with a bag of food that we didnât eat because it wasnât what we wanted. Did not get any money back. And the lady at the window argued with us about it the whole time. I will never eat at this Taco Bell again and I also tell everyone I know to never eat at this Taco Bell.
The last three times I've been here they made the food wrong. I'm usually ok with things not being right but when a beefy 5 layer burrito has no beef, cheese, or sour cream all that's left is a bean burrito. That's just an example of what I've received but literally everything is made this way.

What I like about this "fast food" is that it is one of the few places where you can eat a complete meal. Almost all their dishes include salad. They are fast and precise in their orders.
I placed an order through the app which I had selected my store, but it sent the order here which is 50 miles away from me. I tried to call 32 times and they refused to answer the damn phone. They just took it off the hook so you couldnt call anymore after that. So, needless to say, I couldn't cancel the order because they refused to answer the phone, which was the only way I could cancel it. I was charged 40$ for food I had no way of picking up. This place is a bunch of crooks and thieves to do this to people. Shame on you!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!!!
