The service was great. My chef salad with fried chicken was great and nice portions. The reuben sandwich was good. The onion rings were not impressive. They had 2 light bulbs out around our seat, so it was pretty dark.

Food here was amazing, however the service was awful. We had to wait 30 minutes to be asked for drinks and another 30 minutes to get our drinks and they were never refilled in the 2 hours we were there. Overall great food and atmosphere but they need to invest in better servers.

Food is always good.Tonight we had a party of 8, 6 adult and 2 children. Waitress was unattentive. We had to get her, to get drink refills. She did not come back to our table on her own. She did bring our bills. What we did not like, desert was $8 to $9 for a very small piece. AND two of the single ladies in our group tipped the waitress, not realizing that a 20% gratuity had already been added. Waitress did not say a word. Took it and ran. I feel the waitress should have said "Did you realize the gratuity has been added?"
Do not eat here!The fish was far from fresh and stinky and the service was unbelievably slow.The waitress didn't write down the order and of course it was wrong. The broccoli was very hard without any seasoning and the cole slaw was tasteless. Never again by this local and will never recommend this garbage to visitors.

I’m not sure how this place got this good of a rating. When we walked in, there was a waitress holding up the bar. I thought she would slide onto the floor. We hoped she wouldn’t be our waitress but she was. She ran over and asked us for our order as though she was in a rush to get back to laying on the bar. After waiting on us and getting our food, we NEVER saw her. She avoided looking toward our table for fear she would have to work. I tried to get her attention several times, she turned her head as though she didn’t see me. I ordered Kalua and cream and got cream. My son in law ordered a well done hamburger, it was bleeding when he got it. If you can't cook a hamburger you need to get out of the restaurant business. That's pretty basic. In addition, he got EXTREMELY sick after we ate there. The rest of our food was less than satisfactory.

We had a decent lunch here while staying in Port Saint Joe. There was no wait and it was fairly quiet.
