Windmark Beach Sunrise Café

I live in Windmark and every single time I have tried to grab a coffee it takes FOREVER! You walk in and no one EVER acknowledges your existence and then when they finally get around to helping you which is usually 10 mins after you’ve walked in…your served with attitude! I have given this place the benefit doubt because I live here and NOPE after the 3rd time I’M DONE and will tell all my guests to avoid this place at all cost unless you want to start your day on a bad note. What the heck happened to customer service??? So disappointed!!! Don’t waste your time and energy!!! How hard is it to say Hi, I’ll be right with you????????? Never Again!!! Go Next Door they know what customer service is!!

We were staying in this area enjoying the beauty of it all and came here for breakfast because of the great reviews. We were not disappointed at all! Our food was so good and good portions too. I had the biscuits and gravy and it was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and this place gets busy quick but the staff handled it well. We loved the old country music playing…totally set a great vibe. If you are in the area and need a great place for breakfast this is it. Believe the reviews. I highly recommend this business. We will be back.

Came here for breakfast while on vacation with my family. And let me just say, whoa! Amazing food! It's clearly a small family run business and you can tell they put all their heart and soul into it. The place was packed, line out the door on Sunday! The locals know where the great food is at!

Came in today for breakfast and we met Sam. He is a great guy and made extremely good bacon, egg and cheese bagels for us! The best we have had anywhere! We also bought some banana nut muffins to go and they were fabulous also. Very nice cafe with great choices and excellent customer service by Sam. If you haven't tried it you should. We will definitely be back.

The employees are always nonstop working hard. Great service and food. Sometimes orders can come a little slow because of the small kitchen, so if you’re in a rush this isn’t the stop for you

Such a lovely little cafe with amazing employes and great food.

Parking: Plenty of parking spots but a little crowded.

I wanted an afternoon coffee so since we are staying in the area we wanted to try this place. My husband went in ahead of me to ask what time they were closing. When he walked in there were multiple employees walking around and no customers. Not one employee acknowledged him or asked if they could help him. He finally found out they didn’t close till 8pm so I went in to order. Again multiple employees, one counting the drawer, another one on the phone and one sitting at a table on their phone. I had to wait till the one counting the drawer to finish before he even acknowledged me and took my order. I order a large ice white mocha latte and a medium hot latte. Had to repeat my order twice at the register and then again when he went to make it. The ice latte was like watery milk and taste horrible and the hot latte wasn’t even luke warm. Both drinks ended up in the trash and was a waste of money. This place has so much potential just lacks customer service and training. Very disappointing!!!

The atmosphere is lovely, and the employees we had were super kind. The ice cream is delicious, but where this place really shines is the coffee. It's so good that we had to buy a bag to take home. Great place to have breakfast or lunch!
