I just had a pizza from Alfonso’s, and I gotta tell you, it was one of the very best pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. I am not kidding!

Me and my parents normally order from here and are normally happy with the food but this time we ordered half pepperoni and half mushroom and we got the mushroom and pepperoni on the same side!! Normally they would put pepperoni on one half and mushroom on the other but I am not happy with what has happened this time! I only like mushroom and now I can't even enjoy the mushroom without eating pepperoni as well. Very disappointed in this visit! And I paid $50 for the pizza and wings which you didn’t even get the pizza order right!

Have tried all the local pizza joints from Jupiter to PSL. None!!!! Beat Alfonso’s. We drive from Palm City once a week to get it. Stopped in for a Sausage with Peppers and Onions Parmesan Sub. I only waited less than 10 minutes and my Sub was finished. I brought it home and shared it with my Wife for a late Lunch. It was absolutely Delicious and needless to say, we didn't need to eat Dinner that night. We often get Pizza delivered and it's always Delicious also. Highly Recommend Alfonso's.

I have ordered from Alfonso’s 3 other times since we moved to PSL last month. Haven’t had an issue until now. We received our pizza and it tasted off. The crust was crumbly and tasted like a stale cracker. I reached out through Slice who i ordered through for delivery. After many people and no resolution I contacted Alfonso’s directly. Unfortunately, the two people I spoke to did not think it was possible that they could make a bad pizza and offered no type of resolution. I normally just eat something even if it isn’t the best. $19 for an extra cheese pizza and I could have bought a frozen one and it be better than the one we got tonight. Sad that customer service has went downhill. Even if they didn’t offer a resolution they could have at least offered an apology.

Ordered the 18" Supreme Pizza for pickup. Pizza was ready on time. I can't understand the negative reviews on pizza or staff. Every place can have a one off problem. Just the opposite of the negative reviews - The girls on the phone and at the register were friendly and efficient. The pizza was Awesome! The flavors and crust were excellent. Will be back
