I was so disappointed. I ordered a Reuben with extra dressing. Of course I didn’t get the extra dressing—but there’s only been one Arby’s location that I have ever actually gotten enough of the sauce. My disappointment was that an entire quarter of my sandwich had no meat! For the price, I feel like I should have gotten an entire sandwich, not just 3/4.

Edited to add: I brought this to the attention of the manager and she was very sweet, and immediately...

It can be slow sometimes and the people seem to like not even care that your there. There should always be a "be right with you" WITH EYE CONTACT! when someone walks in regardless if your busy takes .2 seconds

Parking: The driveway thru is extremely difficult to navigate at the one in Port Saint Lucie Florida

Kid-friendliness: Treated same as adults far as I can tell. Which isn't necessarily a good thing...

November 2024
Finished a 16 hour day at work. Drove through Arby’s a half hour before closing. My digestive system has recently been having an unfortunate reaction to wheat, so I ordered a classic Roast Beef and Cheddar with no bun, and a Coke Zero no ice. Emphasized twice I needed a fork.

Got a Diet Coke with ice, Roast Beef and Chedar no bun, and no fork. Like they didn’t care.
