Excellent food and service. A bit too loud for us inside so we chose the patio instead. Highly recommended.

Not what you'd expect for a small restaurant in a 55+ rental community. An upscale dining experience in a new beautiful dining room. The prices reflect the quality of the food and environment. Everything was plated nicely and was tasty. The service in the bar and restaurant is spectacular. We look forward to becoming regulars even if we don't live in the community.

So I'll start with the great --We've had several amazing meals here and love the ambiance and the service is stellar. Their specialty cocktails are super!

The last couple times, we've been told they were on reservations only (meanwhile there were tables open, and no one sitting outside that ended up being available...but you have to ask...). Also have had a couple food issues (and although a foodie, I can overlook the food aspect if everything else is on par). Specifically the short rib tacos were rubbery and fatty, and the muscles were overcooked. The salmon, however, was perfectly cooked, and another time we went for lunch, the burger was great.

Amazing food, server and atmosphere. We were really impressed with our first dining experience. I had the muscles, lamp chops and carrot cake. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Our group of 8 was seated promptly which is a big deal for me. Too many restaurants ask us to wait while they prepare the seating.
Our server was excellent handing out menus quickly although the restaurant was busy. Food was exceptional. I had the grilled Veal Chop with Risotto & Spinach. Cooked to perfection. Others had steak and filet mignon, salmon poke bowl and crab cake entrees.
Everyone complimented the food quality and portions were generous.
Most important all eight dishes came out hot.
Blu Ocean we were told we must try their desserts but unfortunately that night two we wanted were N/A
Atmosphere is nice and modern however the noise level is high especially sitting near the bar area.
Entree prices $30+
Food on par with Kyle G’s which is to compliment the chef.
Nice to have a quality restaurant in Tradition Community where you don’t have to look for parking and traffic is light.
Restrooms are new and well appointed.
Restaurant is located in the new clubhouse.
We will be back soon.

Parking: This new community Encore offers plenty of parking. Entry gate is open and easy to park

Manager responses to bad review are loco. When your clients come to your restaurant and complained about something that happened don’t take them as idiots and take care of them with respect and professionalism. Don’t pretend that there is nothing.

My husband and I went to Blu Ocean Grill with another couple Wednesday night - the whole experience was top notch and a wonderful evening! The hostess greeted us immediately and took us to our table. The waitress, Ali, came over as soon as we sat down to greet us and ask if we had any questions. A plate of freshly made, warm focaccia bread was dropped off and the guys each ordered the French Onion Soup - all 4 of us tried it and it was by far the best soup we've had. Each one of us ordered a different entree so we could each share a bite....each and every one of us loved our choice (lamb chops, filet, cioppino and veal milanese). We're not gourmet chefs, but we know and enjoy good food and each one of these plates, along with the sides, was delicious and a good portion. Somehow, we did find room to try 2 desserts (yes, most of them were put in to-go packages), but the carrot cake is unbelievable (even if you don't like carrot cake, you will like this!) and tried the new addition of the Black Velvet Cake, which needs to be a consistent offering on the menu!

The head chef, Marvin, and the pastry chef, Brittany, along with the rest of the staff need to be highly praised, not only for the delectable food, but the service also.

The ambience is not what you usually find in PSL - very high class and a beautiful setting overlooking the outdoor amenities from the development.

We can't wait to go back and try the new fall menu that we've heard will be coming out shortly! PSL desperately needed a spot like this - good food AND good service! Hope you enjoy your visit as much as we did!

Six of us went there last night. First of all it’s an attractive restaurant. We sat at the bar ,one couple had been there already and were waiting for their drinks . I think the bartender was new as she had trouble finding different bottles to use for their drinks . I think k they should have had someone with her, or she should have known where certain mixes were. The waitress was very nice and helpful with the menu. Three of us ordered salads, and one ordered the soup. The wait for the first course was way too long, especially for what we ordered. We all seemed to like our salads and soup. While we still weren’t finished the main course came out for five of us as one meal took longer for some reason. While I can say the food was good, but the kitchen staff needs work or direction . You can’t have someone waiting while five others have their meal. I’m not sure how long this place has been opened, but whoever is 8n charge needs to do batter job with their staff , and it wasn’t the waitress. Since the kitchen is open and you can watch, we could see she was flustered with them and their ability to deliver food on time. Also to the chef Milanese has no sauce or cheese. I had the veal chop broiled but the menu called it Milanese with a pomodoro sauce and mozzarella. I said no sauce and cheese and the waitress agreed with me. I might try this place again, but wait till they are ready for prime time.

Our friend is going to be renting at this fabulous facility, so we decided to go with him to check it out and have lunch at the restaurant.
The place is beautiful. The restaurant has limited seating until the outside is in full operation. The tables are very well spaced out, and the kitchen is an open concept. As we sat down, the kitchen staff were ready and waiting to serve us. The server was pleasant, but not very experienced or perhaps just a lack of familiarity with the layout . As we were waiting for our dishes to be cleared and wrapped to go , the server was cleaning/setting tables that already left. I figured perhaps there were people waiting to come in. That however was not the case. My conclusion is that once the check arrived, the 18% was included. A note to the management, this does not excuse "service"
The food was nicely presented, the ambience very nice, but the employees from the bar, hostess stand and the server need to make the customers feel as welcome as the sales team selling the apartments.

Wonderful lunch experience today! Very nice menu; excellent and attentive service. Lobster and Shrimp Bisque was VERY good, with generous chunks of lobster. Grilled salmon that topped our Caesar Salad, and grilled Chicken Satay skewers were moist and not overcooked. Both could have used a bit more seasoning, but both were enjoyable nonetheless. We didn't have dessert, but the dessert menu looked AMAZING! This is definitely a wonderful addition to our area's finer dining options. I know it'll soon be a favorite!

We had a very delicious dinner on a Friday night. I had read the reviews and understood they are new and still working through those accompanying issues but thought we would give it a try. Everyone from the host, manager, and wait staff greeted us and took care of us enthusiastically. The table and settings were not completely clean, but we disregarded that, chalking it up to them working through the opening stages. Theresa, our waitress, was wonderful. I had a pretty good Cosmo and delicious mussels from the small plates menu. My guy had the shrimp cocktail app, it was skimpy with just 3 shrimp, but he was very pleased with the NY Strip entree. It was cooked and complemented perfectly. He finished, or tried anyway lol, with the carrot cake which was huge and amazing.
We will be back to try the happy hour menus. The seating is somewhat limited. I imagine, as word spreads, that they will fill up for dinner. Next time we will make reservations. Overall a very nice experience.
