“This is hands down the best BK I've been to IN A VERY long time. One of the only fast food burger places of ANY chain serving FRESH product. Idk why all these negative reviews are here but the clearly have the wrong location cuz the keep mentioning the drive through. This is the location INSIDE Walmart. It is now the only place in Port Saint Lucie I'll be going to. The rest no matter which major chain are horrible.“
“I stopped in for lunch and my customer experience was satisfactory. The food quality (chicken nuggets and fries) was perfectly done and the restaurant’s dining room wasn’t busy at all. The floor and tables were spotless and my order came to me in under five minutes. They still take paper coupons (Subway only accepts digital coupons and in that respect, people shouldn’t have physical Subway coupons mailed to them if no place will take them) as a plus. This Burger King location was one of my better experiences in a long time and I will be back. 🙂“
“I always order my burgers with extra pickles and extra onions. I was CHARGED for the extra items, today. That's a first. Burgers King's "have it your way" needs to have an "*" to mention the new additional fees.“
“Today, June 25th, 2021, I stopped by at lunch, wearing my postal uniform, and asked for a bag of ice. The lady at front and one of the managers refused to sell me the ice because they had no bags. I told them I didn't need the whole bag but at least a little bit for my cooler, and they told me.. I'm so sorry we can't do anything for you. it's not about the ice. It's about being rude, about not caring, about being so closed-minded. I have no complaints about the food quality but the service in this store is worse every day. They are really slow, and they need to behave like humans and show some understanding sometimes. And you know what's the worst part..
i am a regular customer here. For me, this was offensive and ridiculous.
I'm updating my posting 3 and a half years later. The service is better, but not for a 5 starts yet. Hope they keep the improvement“
“I got the Rodeo Burger bacon cheese burger (I think) and the Chicken Fries. Five stars!!!! When I pulled in the service lady told me “quickly quickly you have 7 minutes before the system updates” and then I made my order and it was all well I pulled up to the second window the ma’am was quick to give me my Fanta smoothie after I paid there was a slight window she told me pull up to the door and was out with a minute and my food was warm for the whole 8 minute drive and after I sat, also both the ma’am working had an amazing attitude!! Everytime I’ve been here the People has been amazing.“
