“I went to the counter after receiving my food and politely asked for some ranch. The employee handed me only one, so I kindly asked if I could have a little more. Both employees rolled their eyes and gave me an attitude, which was disappointing and unprofessional.
It shouldn’t feel uncomfortable to ask for a simple condiment, especially when it’s part of their job to provide good customer service. The experience made me not even want to go back up and ask for anything else.
However, the manager was such a sweetheart and truly understood where I was coming from. She handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, which I really appreciated. It’s nice to know there are still people in customer service who genuinely care about their customers.“
“Burger King is almost always great no matter the location even though I've almost completely lost interest in eating out due to the outrageous price of a simple meal. I am all for employees getting a living wage but I don't believe that it justifies the madness that is going on while these places are pulling in record profits. Hopefully people have the sense to limit their fast food consumption or quit it all together to force them to reel in these costs.

“I always order my burgers with extra pickles and extra onions. I was CHARGED for the extra items, today. That's a first. Burgers King's "have it your way" needs to have an "*" to mention the new additional fees.“
“This is my favorite restaurant. I ordered my food online Door Dash. ( I've eaten at the location before great service). My food was delicious. Everything was still fresh and hot. Easy to order online. This location never let's me down.“
“They have a great team working here. You can see the synergy. A rarity in today’s world. Although most of the orders on the screen were past 5 minutes and in the red, my food came out at the perfect temperature and tasted good. The bathroom and dining room were both clean. You can tell they take pride in their work. May God‘s blessings be upon you.“
