Burger King offers good customer service, with some staff members, like Neakeshia, exceeding expectations. While the fish sandwich and small fries need a bit of improvement, the drive-thru service can be hit-or-miss, with some employees not being knowledgeable or thorough. Overall, the restaurant is a reliable fast food option, but could benefit from a bit more attention to burger preparation.
