This is a fast food restaurant but for some reason im in the drive thru for 30 minutes …. Its a bit ridiculous
This location is close to me so I visit it occasionally. For a long time it was always the slowest service. I believe it's under new management now and they're trying to make it better. My last few visits were fine. Today we ordered for 4 people through the app to pickup. It took over half an hour to get our food. They were out of 2 items we ordered and the kids meals didn't come with toys.

Usually, I have a good experience at this location, but an issue happened today that I believe management should address.
I ordered a large Strawberry Lemonade, but the drink I was handed appeared to be a medium. The reason I noticed is because I have previous fast-food experience, and the cup had an “M” marked next to the lemonade designation. When I politely asked the employee if it was the large size I ordered, she looked me in the eye and told me it was.
