I love DD, but I don’t understand the pettiness. I am a loyal customer paying $5 for an ice coffee. Do they want me to come back twice just to make my order right? Second time, same crew. Won’t be going here ever again.
This place is always out of popular donuts. You think they would make more but they choose to just lose the business instead.
Not happy , they wouldn’t honor my code on my app ANY medium drink with purchase of a donut , I ordered a medium ice latte and jelly donut , it came to $4.80, three other times I’ve used it was 1.70, she called the manager over the kid with the gold chains and he said it was supposed to be a coffee which isn’t true , I work in customer service I’m a waitress and I would have made it happen for the customer one way or another , just disappointed

Went to get Donuts for my kids at 10:30am on a Saturday, ordered online and when I got there I was told they only have 1 out of my 4 glazed Donuts. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! Glazed is the most popular and it is way too early to be truly out of DONUTS PERIOD. Made it questionable if they are even using fresh Donuts in the morning or the day before stuff. So they ask what other Donuts would you like, I ask if they had glazed munchkins they said yes. So I ask for as much possible to match the price and this is what I got......... ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Management please get your store up to the other Dunkin Donuts standards SMH
