The griot was slightly overcooked, but the flavor was still on point—well-seasoned and satisfying. The real standout was the diri djon djon: rich, earthy, and cooked perfectly, easily the star of the plate. The plantains were done right too a great complement to the meal. Overall, even with the griot being a little over, the flavors carried the dish and made it a solid, enjoyable experience.
