I order ahead “on the go” yet when I arrive most of the time the order isn’t ready, half the time I watch people ring up at the cash register and leave before me, so what’s the point of ordering ahead? There is also a HUGE problem of getting the orders correct! They always forget to get any donuts in my order, I often order no cheese and most of the time it has cheese. I went in to order a frozen hot chocolate with caramel in it. There was an employee there by the name of Brianna and she was so nice and friendly. She made literally the best frozen chocolate I’ve ever had. I never knew they put caramel in it until she made it for me. I definitely recommend this DD location! I wanted to leave a review on their corporate website for her, but my receipt ripped when I got in my car and I couldn’t find where the bottom part of it went.

Unfortunately my drink was not good this morning and I ended up at my local coffee shop. I usually get a iced latte with sugar free hazelnut and almond milk. This tasted like almond milk only with a little splash of hazelnut. Not happy 😒
