“Absolutely amazing staff! I stopped going to DnD for a while due to poor service EVERYWHERE, but this location stands far above the rest. The AM crew gets orders out incredibly fast with a smile. There's really no comparison with this dunkins and other dunkins, and it's all about the staff and management. I go to this dunkins almost every morning as I work next door in Veranda, and I see how these girls and guys operate to achieve efficiency and great service. I'm so greatful that this crew is part of my daily morning routine.“
“Okay I don’t typically review fast food places but after my experience today I absolutely had to! Every time I come here I’m greeted in the most friendly way. This location is newer so it’s clean it’s aesthetic. I had a very pleasant experience with Rich who greeted my with a big smile on his fac it was a wonderful way to start my day! “I frequently visit this location and receive great customer service. Recently, I had an issue where I ordered a Sweet tea and the it wasn't sweet at all. At first I thought that I was given unsweet tea but then when the employee Jessica cane back with a remake. I was made aware that the tea just wasn't sweetened properly by whoever made it. At that point I was like you know what it's okay maybe just add like 2 liquid sugar pumps.. and then i was like never mind.. Maybe its a sign that i didn't need the sugar this morning.. Like I do not want to be that person but She graciously was like no worries let me fix it. They say 3rd times a charm and it was. :)“
“Went there w my mom on 3/11/2024 @6:15pm and the girl at the counter greeted us w a smile (which is rare here in FL) was polite and friendly. The guy who made the coffee was super polite. He politely remade my mom’s coffee. I haven’t had this quality of service here in FL in such a long time. Great job for hiring these 2 gems of employees.“
“I love Dunkin and is my favorite go to spot for my coffee and whatever delicious items I might discover that day.Dietary restrictions: When placing your order talk with your Dunkin helper and tell them what your restrictions are and they will guide you accordingly.Parking: This location is in a small plaza so there is plenty of space for parking.Kid-friendliness: All Dunkin’s I have ever been to have been great with children and the staff is great.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance has doubled doors so entering is easy and there are plenty of tables to sit so you could find a nice spot.“
“I'm not a coffee drinker actually I've never tasted coffee before but I do love hot chocolate and there are some women in there that make the best hot chocolate and they are so sweet and they are so nice and it's so nice in the morning to go because they're happy and they're putting out Good Vibes and stuff it's just nice place to go and I'm there usually at 5:00 a.m. and they're always happy and ready to make good hot chocolate for me thank you all the people at my Dunkin' Donuts“
