I’m confident any negative reviews have nothing to do with the quality of Fratelli’s pizza. Yes, calling the store is best when ordering, and if you rely on a delivery service…you’re at the mercy of the delivery service. (EDIT: my sister and I ordered through Uber Eats today and the delivery was handled personally by the store!!! It came fast and hot! Go through Uber Eats for delivery!) Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and everything arrived much faster than the app said! The store called me to let me know they were out of Buffalo cauli bites and generously accommodated my replacement request. Btw…I tried the fire roasted Brussels and they are my new favorite vegetable. I never liked them before trying them fire roasted with sweet balsamic and savory bacon!!! Their menu is totally inclusive of every diet and taste. You’ll love this place!
Ordered a white pie. Some knots. Pepperoni roll and chicken Parm roll. The pizza and everything was phenomenal. Great pizza. Cooked well. Tasted like Quality ingredients were used. We also ordered some deserts which I accidentally forgot at the store and they sent a delivery driver to my house to make sure we got them.
