First time ordering and disappointed. Ordered general tso's chicken and sweet & sour chicken. It took over an hour for the delivery to arrive and the s&s sauce was missing. I called and they said that it would be another hour before they could deliver the sauce. The food was already barely warm and the containers were damp from sitting so long. 1st time back this year, ordered pu pu platter for 2 very disappointed , egg roll not good, shrimp terrible, spareribs tough, large shrimp pad Thai tasted burnt. Won’t be back. Used to love jade bowl ☹️☹️
