All I ordered was simple stupid apple pie using a code, vut apparently those weren't ready yet cause they had me pull up ahead of the window next to their door that leads outside. They had me waiting there for 30 minutes, and while the employees were walking past my vehicle to give the pick up drivers their food not one employee stopped to ask me what I was waiting on! Felt like a jail when I was inside. Every table messy, there was caution cones displaying showing a certain area of the dining room is off limits temporarily. That area leads to the bathrooms. Asked for a cup of water it took 10 minutes and it was soda water.
Overall, this McDonald's is pretty good. The food is usually fresh, my orders are accurate, and the staff has always been friendly.
The only consistent issue is the wait time. Every time I come here, whether I go inside or use the drive-thru, it seems to take much longer than other McDonald's locations. It's not just an occasional delay it's been consistently slow on nearly every visit.
If they could improve the speed of service, this would easily be a 5-star location....read full review
