These are the plates I got today, they both exceeded my expectations as well as came with terrific customer service. Wait time was a little over 20 mins but it was well worth the time.

I love love love this place!!!! I have tried majority of everything on menu and everything I’ve had has been amazing. The customer service is definitely a 10/10. The cook himself is very nice and friendly and always speaks. The staff on the truck is amazing and nice as well. It is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.

Oh my goodness. If you guys have not tried this place, please do. This meal was fire, especially the snapper fish. It was juicy, flavorful, and the grill taste was very present in it. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I was planning a 90th birthday for my grandmother, and I looked at a few Caribbean places. Shaquille immediately put me at ease with his professionalism and quick responses. I was in Cali while planning a party in Florida, I was anxious but Ketchafire was quick to call me after I made a catering inquiry and followed through with an invoice and even made adjustments to the invoice in the same day. I can't thank you guys enough. I was given a pickup time, and they held true to the exact time. All my food was ready! Now to taste the food...10/10! My family loved everything, the fish, salmon, ribs, and jerk chicken were 👏🏾amazing. My favorite was the jerk chicken and salmon! Thank you for helping me pull this off from miles away. Thank you for being so professional and for provoding deliciousness. My family asked over and over which restaurant everything was from. We'll definitely be back.
