LaMattina's Trattoria & Pizza Bar

First time at LaMattina’s in Port Saint Luci. Charming atmosphere, rather small and loud ( but that Italia). Owner super friendly ( Mike, gave us a little pizza dough toss up show)Ordered a large supreme pizza. Perfection! Love the thin crust, toppings were delish. Home made sweet tea was excellent. Split a wedge salad which was plenty for two. No room for dessert, so we will have to go back for that. Very inviting, clean, and friendly staff. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s all made to order. Fresh and delicious.

We had the Bruschetta and the crispy garlic Parmesan wing. They were both fabulous. Lovely atmosphere . They serve beer and wine also. We will definitely be back

When I first put a review for this pizzeria I gave it five stars the pies were loaded with toppings and cheese on my recent visit things have changed to say skimp is putting it lightly I hope they read this post and bring it back to the great pies they had when they opened

The garlic rolls were delicious. We also got a few pizzas and both were very good. The staff was kind and welcoming. We will be back.

Visited the pizzeria for a business lunch, ordered a few pizzas and a cold beer, the service was on point, server was attentive, owner was always checking on us, and pizza was delicious. Will definitely come back again to try something different.

Great locally owned Italian restaurant. The wings cooked in the pizza oven were very crispy and flavorful. The calzone and pizza were both delicious. Service was efficient, fun, and friendly. We will definitely be going back to try other dishes.

Omg!! We just discovered a new Italian pizza restaurant. The place is open less than a year & the owner is from “Bensonhurst Brooklyn” 18 avenue. Mike the owner was great & told us his entire family works at the restaurant. His mom makes alot of the desserts & they use family recipes. This place is just off exit 126 on 95. Bring your appetite the portions are large!

I was recommended to go try this place because I'm a huge lover of garlic bread/knots ? it's the way to my heart. I ordered the broccoli and sausage knotwich with no cheese with parm truffle fries and an odor of their garlic knots alone. Xtra crispy. They delivered on the XTRA crispy, but I felt like the taste of garlic was missing. The food was okay overall. I would go back and maybe mention it the next time I order.

Very disappointed when they came to us with a handheld device and did not inform us that a tip was included in the check as we never saw a paper check.

So... we came here for the first time, we were very excited after reading all the good reviews. When we arrived the place was pretty busy, we sat, placed our order and waited 40 minutes for a pizza, a salad and meatballs; the food was good. We wanted to try the tiramisu and we were talking about it when not our sever but a young man came and told us if we were ready for the check, my husband was still eating his pizza so this really was unexpected and then another guy came and ask if he could pick up our dishes and still my husband had half of his slice of pizza in the plate; at this time we hurried up and decided not to even ask for dessert. We are foodie people and love to discover new great places to eat but unfortunately we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed that we will never go back. I will say, if you are hungry this is the wrong place to go but, if you can wait for at least 40 minutes you will enjoy the food.
