Average food—nothing special, bland. The rice was dry and flavorless.
The staff didn't know their own menu or couldn't explain it. The place wasn't exactly the cleanest.

Drive 25 mins for this bakery. The empanadas are great there are time where theres more potatoes than the meat. Papa rellena are mainly great but also sometimes taste old. The jugo de maracuyar is 100% always great. Hit or miss on the pan de queso; overall 3.5 stars.

“Excellent Colombian restaurant and bakery ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food is always fresh and delicious, and you can really taste the quality in everything they make. The atmosphere is very welcoming and family-friendly, perfect for any time of the day. The service is also excellent; the cashier is very kind and attentive, and the owners make the place feel warm and well cared for. Definitely a highly recommended spot if you want to enjoy great Colombian food and outstanding service.

Me and my family went to this restaurant bakery and was not happy with the service or with the atmosphere got into an argument with another customer and cashier
When the manager see what was going on instead of asking what happened he decided to kick me and my family out .
It was out first time here and we were both very happy with the place
Cashier needs to learn to be more professional and so does the manager
Will not be suggesting this place to any customers one
Very sad that managers dont know how to handle these type of situations

From the moment we entered - there were a lot of things that caught my attention.
1. It was a cute place
2. Staff was very off putting.
These are to just list a couple.

I was told to wait at the front counter when I walked in to place my order, which I am not fond of doing so as I had never gone there and my mom had just had knee surgery and she cant stand for long periods of time.

I told the lady, I believe she was the owner, that I had to go sit down due to my mom.

I do want to say that this isn't our typical food, so we did have a lot of questions about the menu and I like to be sure that what I order is what I am going to like.

My dad got a carne asada, my mom got a fish and I got a bandeja de paisa.

My dads plate wasnt off putting, but does not look like your typical carne asada - I had never had colombian carne asada and may be use to the Mexican style carne asada. It did lack a bit of seasoning.

My dish - it was good. I had red beans, rice, avocado, maduro, arepa (i taste like a straight up tortilla), fried egg, chicharon, carne asada, and a sausage.

My mothers dish - looked very 'uncooked'. I dont know what kind of fish it was, but I could tell it had 'a lot of seasoning color' and when she went to go cut the fish to taste, it still looked raw. This came with tostones and rice.

My mom did take a bite or two and that was it. The plate remained to the side the entire time.

The entire time we had dinner, we were never checked up on if everything was ok, did we need anything. I felt more of an 'inconvenience' to them than I should have. I normally do a desert after eating out, and this time i didnt due to the lack of service.

I had to go let them know we were done, which we had been done for about 10 minutes, again with our 'waitress' not checking in on us since we recieved the food.

I did let her know that my mom did not like her plate and if we could be comped or even 50% discount - she neither agreed or disagreed and proceeded to tell me the total.

I had to ask her if that included my mothers dish and at what cost, to which she replied really snarky she comped the meal - again, the meal remained untouched, every single grain of rice remained as well as the tostones.

Before we finished our lunch, a bus came by with disabled people - i know the company did ask a few questions, and I could hear them being snarky to them.

When i went back to my mom, the van full of disabled people started to fill the restuarant- to which the owners face was like in shock at like 'what was she to do with all these people here'. I did have to keep my compsure as this pissed me off. if this were my restaurant, i would have been thrilled to have it full of people regardless of disabilities or not.

When we left, i could sense vibe and it was so off putting.

I would never come this visit this place again or even recommend it to anyone, i would do the quite opposite.

To the lady owner - please work on your service, work on your face, work on your attitude.

We got there when the dining area had already closed with our family of 6 and they were so kind to reopen it for us to dine in.

The service was warm and welcoming and the food was so good that we left 100% satisfied and content. Hubby and I went in grumpy, tired, and hungry, and left their establishment smiling LOL.

10/10 Colombian food and ice cream.
