First time at this restaurant. We were seated outside which is really very nice. The food was good but a bit pricey, to be honest. The most glaring issue is the lack of staff. The server we had was really lovely and professional but she was spread way too thin. The servers have multiple tables and obviously they have many tasks but I have never seen such a lack of food runners and bussers. The server was the one who boxed the food as well. I just think it looks really obvious...
Took 33 minutes to get seated from time of reservation then another 10 minutes to get service once we were seated. Took off the appetizer from the bill but it was already half off anyway. Didn’t seem like much of a compensation.
The food was a little off compared to a previous visit. They seemed understaffed. I felt bad for the waitress she was doing her best. There were 13 of us. Our food came out too far in between each person. We were trying to wait, but the food was getting cold. If someone is in the have to spend so much money for a private room, it needs to be a little better than that evening.
