Food was great, can't wait to eat the rest tomorrow. Portion size was excellent. Garlic knots delicious. Our waitress did great handling an unexpected full dining room on a Monday night. Her grandparents started the restaurant, is a family place.
Born on Long Island, first time at Panariello's for early Mother's Day and we were VERY impressed and happy to find this restaurant in PSL. The garlic knots - served hot with crisp crust and soft inside were the best I've had...ever! The chicken parm and lasagna were top notch on quality and flavor and as good as any in NY or Philly. My friend & I were in the mood for a traditional pizza pie and boy did we get it!! We got a cheese pizza with fresh mozzarella and pepperoni, garlic knots and hot wings. The wings are delicious and crispy with just the right amount of sauce, the pizza was FANTASTIC and the garlic knots were THE BEST I have ever eaten in my life
