Panera Bread Reviews
The tables were all dirty and there was no outlet for my laptop at any of the tables. The panera bread on US 1 in Jensen beach is much nicer and it is perfect for eating breakfast and doing my homework.
Bad experience.
Went into this St Lucie West Paneras for a late dinner at 8:20pm last night. I Purposely walked up to the door and looked at the store hours on the glass. It read they were open until 9:30 PM on Saturday nights. Great we went in. Me and my wife and my grandson. We all ordered dinner, and when I was paying I said we were going to eat it here. The cashier said that’s OK if you don’t mind that we will put it in take out bags instead of trays and I said OK....read full review
I made my last visit to Panera this AM. In a state where the Governor clearly stands for personal freedom... my family (son daughter-in-law, mom and dad and my husband and I ) went for brunch... the staff took 2 of the 3 orders without ever asking for masks... my husband went to order and they said he needed a mask to order and she handed him a mask (clearly touching both sides of the mask)...to be compliant even though it directly opposes our beliefs... he held it up to his...read full review

Panera Bread offers great food in a clean and inviting environment, with friendly service. Some sandwiches may contain pre-sliced meats instead of freshly sliced deli meats, and soups are not made on-site. The cinnamon roll and coffee are popular choices, but the chocolate chip cookie was disappointing due to excessive sweetness. On one visit, the restaurant ran out of bread for sandwiches, leading to substitutions. Despite minor issues like food being left out and lack of communication, the overall experience at Panera Bread is positive. Customers appreciate the variety of food options, including Tomato soup and tuna sandwich, which comes with a free, hard-to-open bag of chips. The restaurant uses a computerized system, which can take some getting used to, but it impresses many. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the environment is clean. Some customers enjoy the perks of the SIPS CLUB, like free coffee and drinks, and note that the staff does their best despite being short-staffed, often cleaning the dining area during visits. Overall, Panera Bread remains a favorite spot for many, with hopes for continued improvements.
