Poke Poke Sushi Bowl & Bubble Tea

I’ve ordered takeout from this restaurant several times and have never had an experience like this before. Unfortunately, today was completely different.

About halfway through my poke bowl, I found a strange object with hair tangled around it. I honestly have no idea what it is or where it came from, but it was absolutely disgusting. I immediately lost my appetite and couldn’t continue eating. I’ve attached a photo because it speaks for itself.

I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant, but this was unacceptable. Finding something like this in the middle of my meal is disturbing and raises serious concerns about food handling and quality control.
I sincerely hope the restaurant investigates what happened and improves its hygiene practices so no one else has to experience this. Unfortunately, after today, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from here again.

ude and unhelpful staff! The Thai tea tasted like straight milk but, more importantly, the employee put a spicy sauce on my daughter's bowl instead of teriyaki, and then refused to admit her mistake. Told me that she can guarantee that I'm wrong because she knows what sauce she used, and that teriyaki isn't meant to be sweet. Meanwhile, my daughter's mouth is on fire. So $20 down the drain and we'll never go back again.

Stopped by for lunch and was pleasantly surprised! The fish was fresh, the vegetables were crisp, and every ingredient tasted high quality. The bowl was filling and beautifully prepared.
The employees were kind, patient, and made ordering easy. Service was quick, even though they were busy, and the restaurant was clean and well organized.
This is definitely one of my favorite places to grab a poke bowl. Great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommend checking it out!

I had an amazing experience at Poke Poke Sushi Bowl! The food was incredibly fresh, the portions were generous, and everything was full of flavor. There were plenty of fresh toppings to choose from, and my bowl was made exactly the way I wanted.
The staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient, making the whole experience even better. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients looked high quality, and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
If you’re looking for a delicious poke bowl or fresh sushi in the area, I highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came in today at 8:39 p.m. hoping to order a poke bowl, but I was told they stop making bowls at 8:30 p.m., even though the restaurant's posted closing time is 9:00 p.m. That was extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, I had a family member visiting from out of town, and I had been bragging about how good this place is. I was excited to introduce them to one of my favorite places, only for me to be turned away and told I couldn't order the restaurant's signature item before the posted closing time for us. It was honestly embarrassing.
What made the situation even more frustrating is that I almost placed an online order at 8:35 p.m. After leaving, I checked the website, and it still allowed me to complete checkout and pay for a poke bowl. That makes me wonder if my order would have been accepted and prepared had I ordered online instead of walking in.
I'm a regular customer and have visited many times. I've never been turned away for ordering a bowl at 8:39 p.m. before, so this experience was surprising and disappointing.
If bowls are no longer available after 8:30 p.m., that policy should be clearly communicated, or the restaurant should consider advertising an 8:30 p.m. closing time instead of 9:00 p.m. It's frustrating to arrive before closing and be unable to order the restaurant's main menu item.
Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of the restaurant. I always enjoyed coming here, but after tonight, I don't plan on returning.

This is an ultimate favorite place to eat. The staff is so kind, food is amazing. Even their black and Jasmine tea is somehow better than any other place I’ve ordered it. Nice atmosphere.

I had such a great experience at Poke Poke! The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. Chloe provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. She was so friendly, patient, and welcoming, and she made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. I’ve been going to poke for some time now and it never disappoints. The fish is always fresh and the toppings always look clean. I sit in here sometimes for college work (thank goodness for their Wi-Fi lol) and it’s always some nice music playing so I can concentrate. Looks like a nice workplace environment with constant cleaning and the workers being very nice.

Fish was so fresh I could still hear it swimming in the back while they built my bowl. 9/10. Docked one point because the seats had the comfort of a concrete sidewalk.

This was a neat find. Fish was fresh. Kids loved the eel bowls
