How do you not have any chicken for lunch. Have to cook. Waited 25 minutes so they can cook the chicken.
We were supposed to get two breasts two wings three thighs and three legs 10 piece. We got one wing

We had to wait next to the place for more than 20 minutes just to get 2 chicken dippers. It's unbelievable the amount of time waiting for a place that should have most chicken already made. Very inefficient employees. Long time since trying Popeyes and I'm not coming back.

Although the food was good, the service was terrible. We decided to dine in, only to find out that the drive thru, doordash orders, and take out all had higher priority than our dine in order. It took 20 minutes and us walking back to the counter asking about our food to have them actually start working on our order.

Their fried chicken seems like it is not fully cooked. I ordered through the drive-thru, and when I got my order and took it home, I was disappointed. It looks like they cooked it on high heat, and only the outside is cooked, but not all the way. You can see it's still bleeding.

I went through drive thru on friday 07/18 i ordered 30.00 worth of food was fine. They forget my 2 apple pies. Not a problem. I called they told me bring the receipt. And i will get the pies i went there today Saturday 07 /19 i stood at the front counter for 20 mins No one turned around including the manager. I had to ask is any one attending the counter.finally
I was asked what i need was told it would be 3 mins. Finally a employee give me the pies without a bag. . Not good and the best part a employee WIPED THE SWEAT OF HER WITH SHIRT. SO CLASSY

Worse damn Popeyes ever! Not only for u wait 20 minutes in drive, u have to wait 20 min inside. Noone takes your order! Don't even start on the wait time for food. The manager just sits in back cooking throwing stuff around. The employees up front could care less. To much time wasted here.

What a shame. Was the best Popeyes at first but apparently fell on bad times. As the only one in the place, 20 minutes is a while to get 1 sandwich and a small cole slaw. 3 or 4 employees at dinner time on a Monday would explain the wait. Sandwich dry and chewey. And the coleslaw when I opened it, there was literally a teaspoon of slaw in it. I could see the bottom of the container around the little scoop they put in it. A first for me at that location. Last time, for that location anyway.

Worst service in PSL. You will be standing there 10 minutes everyone's back is turned to you. Zero customer services. Even when you go in to pick up and try to get help they ignore you and the order is sitting right there.
