Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I do delivery gigs several nights a week, and this location consistently has some of the longest wait times I’ve experienced. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve ended up waiting 30 minutes or more. On multiple occasions, I’ve waited close to an hour only to be told you’re out of chicken and that I need to tell the customer to cancel the order.

That wastes not only the customer’s time, but also mine. Delivery drivers are paid per order, not by the hour. While I’m sitting waiting with no updates, I’m missing other orders and losing money. As drivers, we’re simply the middleman between the restaurant and the customer.

If this location can’t consistently fulfill delivery orders, it shouldn’t continue accepting them until the issues are resolved. I’ll be reporting these repeated problems to the delivery platform because this has become a recurring issue, not a one-time inconvenience.

Please do better. Better staffing, better communication, and better inventory management would make a huge difference for both customers and delivery drivers.

This place has gone downhill in a big way and im thinking Herneshia and her attitude with customers is probably 90% of the reason. Terribly rude, disrespectful, and outright unprofessional. Theres a younger guy there that was the only bright side. Give that man a raise and get rid of Herneshia.

Absolutely horrible spent 50 dollars on Uber Eats for undercooked chicken missing my sauces and drinks and the store doesn’t answer their phones

Waited about half hour from wings

This place is awful. Why do I have to wait 30 minutes for 12 chicken tenders? I gave this place a 6 month break after having to repeatedly wait 20+ minutes for orders. Should have known better! Never again will I visit this Popeyes.

My friend Mayumi comes here all the time. She loves your chicken tenders and the sandwich as well as I do. I find myself devouring the food before I can even walk to the car😭😭. She's a huge fan of popeyes and y'all most definitely better than KFC.

The chicken was ho and fresh. The store was clean. Diana did an awesome job taking care of ev8and making sure they had a great experience. I eat at Popeyes all over florida and the team in PSL does a great job.

Ever had issue here. Even when order through DoorDash. Always great food. I’d recommend. I see ppl complaining about waiting. You’re going wait anywhere you go. You gonna be patient man. Hope everyone has great day

This has to be the worst Popeye’s location. Order is almost always wrong 90% of the time or they hand your order to the wrong person. I got food poisoning from this location years ago and I’m not surprised that nothing has changed at this location

Service is terrible. Waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru with 4 cars ahead. Poor management, the service is abysmal.

Absolutely insane!!!! We have been in the drive thru for over 42 minutes. Apparently there's 1 manager, on site and 1 employee. Handling multiple orders. Who ever does the scheduling at this store ought to be ashamed of themselves.

Turtles would serve faster. For some reason they are taking 5 to 10 minutes in-between taking orders at the drive thru

The food was perfect! Thank God for the young man at the front, he was the only person working the front counter. It was busy but he kept his composure and got the orders out while being polite and ensured the accuracy of the orders.

Alan was so nice and kind and was patient with us service was great place was clean DEFINITELY coming back again
