Would be a zero if possible. I'm mind blown by the customer service and horrible attitude that was served here. I left without food and went next door to dq and ate. So did 2 other people behind me. Tried to call corporate you can't even speak to a person. Do not go to this one. Please don't respond and tell me to call the restaurant directly. I want corporate to contact. Me. I emailed you. The management is the problem. I do see a response but I don't see any resolution as we will call you or contact me here. I want to speak to a human........................

The staff is so friendly!! Fresh & delicious

Had to wait a long time for our food , one of our orders was incorrect

Every time I come here there are somethings on the menu that they are out off. For example I wanted a family meal deal the manager told me they don't have any they only have wings, I asked her can You guys make some chicken for the family meal deals she said no they close in 30 minutes. Very disappointing

You get the best deal in fast food with their $6.00 box. I got 2 pieces of chix, 2 regular sides and a biscuit. Better then taco bell, burger king, micky d's, etc.

My food was fresh and i received good customer service from Dashline and Oliviana ! Thank you !

you have to order 3 days before so you can get your food. they are super slow even the manager ask the other feet to walk. no sense of urgency and they dont care. Not a place i will never do business again in general all this stores all the same. no culture and no employee motivation. management garbage

went for the new favs menu and 3 piece chicken offer.. I should have known when she was searching around she was looking for the oldest smallest pieces that she could find. I read your reply and she obviously was instructed to give me the oldest coldest hardest tiniest piece that she could find
