The young lady who works here. Had nothing ready, no cookies were made , barely flavors left, she worked extremely slow. Everything I tried ordering she would say “I don’t have that ready it will take me 30 minutes” mind you it’s already 2:30pm. Wouldn’t come back to be honest

LEAVE THE BANANA VREAM PIE ALONE DONT EVER GET RID OF IT PLZ ITS SO GOOD. PLEASE ILL TIPP 1MILLION DOLLARSIVE BEEN CRAVING BANANA ICE CREAM SINCE I FOUND OUT THE FLAVOR EXOSTED AND IT WAS EVERYTHING I EVER DREAMED OF. IT REMINDS ME OF MY CHILDHOOD MY ROOTS PLEASE IM ATTATCHED.

I goes to order my regular a large butter pecan shake for a little over ten dollars, not complaining about the price at all because its one of my favorite spots but when I got my shake the young lady put not effort into making my ice milk into a shake. I was very disappointed this time of my effortless shake. I was so upset that I usually leave a tip but not today. Must be a sign I need to stop the shakes. Overall it’s a great place when you have that sweet tooth, it was just a bad experience for me today and this was a first being that it’s one of my favorite

We ordered 6 cookies, when they arrived they were all mushed together, very doughy, not cooked. Just a disaster especially for the price. and the box was NOT sealed WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Tasty ice cream. Friendly staff. My entire family got ice cream and cheesecake from there, we all loved it. We'll be back for sure.

So, the times were different on the door and Google then the actual hours. We came at 12:30, but I did see a sign for instragram and on there it said 1 pm.When we walked inn (my nephew and I) we were outside for a few minutes with another family waiting for someone to come. As the girl came out the first family left because they said it was taking too long.The ice cream was standard (it didn’t help that most bins were nearly empty) my nephew loves ice cream so he had no problems. I went into their restroom for customers and it was dirty. I went outside to eat the ice cream then returned an accidentally walked into the other bathroom which was clean and not marked as an employee bathroom. However, I was quickly informed not to use it because it was for employees only. Understandable, but why isn’t the customer bathroom as clean? It is just the start of the day.For the price and service, I wouldn’t go here again. I’m okay with spending money if it is actual worth it. The only thing in this store that is nice is the greenery wall for a picture.

Honestly after tonight I won’t be returning, the young woman behind the counter is standoffish every time I see her, and tonight she was just out right rude. I’m not going to continue to spend my money and take my children somewhere we’re not welcomed at. Do better with your staffing Sugar’D up.

Haven’t been yet, my co-worker introduced me to a dessert.

Amazing choices, fresh cookies. First time visit I didn't feel rushed and the last was super nice to my kids. They're is a room for kids to eat with movies playing.

Had three different types of cookies and all were excellent. These cookies are much better than Crumbl. I highly recommend this place. Drive by all the time, wish I would have stopped sooner.

My daughter and I have been wanting to stop in for a while now. Popped in Sunday afternoon on our way to the park.We were promptly greeted when we walked inside. The cashier was a very sweet young lady. She explained the ice cream selections to us and also said that they do change, so Theyre not always the same. Offered us tasting spoons for samples if we'd like. She explained that they can also make you a milkshake if you prefer.My daughter was excited when she mentioned their Boba Teas. She ended up choosing the Strawberry/Mango Boba Tea. She LOVED that the Boba were the ones that popped and not chewy, like she's had at other places. I opted for the Tiramisu cake, which was lovely. Definitely a bit different than what I am used to having, but was still great!We chose to sit outside since it was a nice day out. Plenty of seating and parking for people.Our overall experience here was wonderful! Highly recommend giving Sugar'd Up a chance.

A young afro American woman Friday night around 7:30 10/27/23 was Extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I.We had our tiny little dog in a expensive stroller and we just wanted to pay and walk out and she wanted us to leave because no dogs are allowed. We only wanted to pay and leave and enjoy our ice-cream.That was our first and last time we will Ever go back to that trash you have working there.She does not have any people skills nor a personality to deal with clientele.I own 3 businesses and we train employees how to deal with situations just like this kind.Music was not suitable for a business as well.At this rate you will not be in business for long.
