So, the times were different on the door and Google then the actual hours. We came at 12:30, but I did see a sign for instragram and on there it said 1 pm.When we walked inn (my nephew and I) we were outside for a few minutes with another family waiting for someone to come. As the girl came out the first family left because they said it was taking too long.The ice cream was standard (it didn’t help that most bins were nearly empty) my nephew loves ice cream so he had no problems. I went into their restroom for customers and it was dirty. I went outside to eat the ice cream then returned an accidentally walked into the other bathroom which was clean and not marked as an employee bathroom. However, I was quickly informed not to use it because it was for employees only. Understandable, but why isn’t the customer bathroom as clean? It is just the start of the day.For the price and service, I wouldn’t go here again. I’m okay with spending money if it is actual worth it. The only thing in this store that is nice is the greenery wall for a picture.

Honestly after tonight I won’t be returning, the young woman behind the counter is standoffish every time I see her, and tonight she was just out right rude. I’m not going to continue to spend my money and take my children somewhere we’re not welcomed at. Do better with your staffing Sugar’D up.

Amazing choices, fresh cookies. First time visit I didn't feel rushed and the last was super nice to my kids. They're is a room for kids to eat with movies playing.
AMAZING went for our first time and everything is INSANELY good the s'mores cookie was the greatest cookie we have ever had. Highly recommend trying this place. Everything was to die for. Place was clean and nice and the worker was super sweet and just a great employee

Great ice cream spot, great options we came here for the first time and enjoyed it, our choices: guava cheesecake / coconut almond fudge (gf and dairy free) / cookie monster milk shake (with almond milk) and....... Vanity cookie sneaker doodle drizzled with caramel. Overall great small ice cream parlor, we went late at night but appears to have a good ambiance for families and even pet friendly with outdoor seating. Seems family owned great customer service!! Definitely coming back. Thanks guys!! PS: only took pictures of our cookie LOL!!

My daughter and I have been wanting to stop in for a while now. Popped in Sunday afternoon on our way to the park.We were promptly greeted when we walked inside. The cashier was a very sweet young lady. She explained the ice cream selections to us and also said that they do change, so Theyre not always the same. Offered us tasting spoons for samples if we'd like. She explained that they can also make you a milkshake if you prefer.My daughter was excited when she mentioned their Boba Teas. She ended up choosing the Strawberry/Mango Boba Tea. She LOVED that the Boba were the ones that popped and not chewy, like she's had at other places. I opted for the Tiramisu cake, which was lovely. Definitely a bit different than what I am used to having, but was still great!We chose to sit outside since it was a nice day out. Plenty of seating and parking for people.Our overall experience here was wonderful! Highly recommend giving Sugar'd Up a chance.

A young afro American woman Friday night around 7:30 10/27/23 was Extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I.We had our tiny little dog in a expensive stroller and we just wanted to pay and walk out and she wanted us to leave because no dogs are allowed. We only wanted to pay and leave and enjoy our ice-cream.That was our first and last time we will Ever go back to that trash you have working there.She does not have any people skills nor a personality to deal with clientele.I own 3 businesses and we train employees how to deal with situations just like this kind.Music was not suitable for a business as well.At this rate you will not be in business for long.

I live right down the street and visit here frequently. I understand this is supply and demand and you can charge whatever you like. My issue is why the menu says one price and I’m charged another. Then when I inquire about the difference I’m hit with “prices are subject to change due to inflation!” Well what is the point of the menu? I’m ordering based on pricing. I’m just very disappointed.

I visited a few times but will not be back. The cookies are good. I had a negative experience with the girl at the counter one night. I asked for a sample and after I was done with the testing spoon, I accidentally placed it in the wrong container thinking it was a smaller trash cup for these spoons. Turns out I was wrong. Which I apologized for once she called me out on it in front of everyone at the store. It wasn't that. It was how she did it. She scorned me like I was a child and had broken something she would be personally liable for... So rude and weird because I was genuinely apologizing for the mistake. She had a loud tone and said "that was NOT a trash bin, and that I had to take my testing spoon outside of the establishment to dispose of-also, she wanted to make SURE I understood for it NOT to happen again...." I just rather take my business somewhere else. Hopefully when/if you visit, you get someone with better customer service skills at the counter.
