Best sushi spot from Stuart to Port St. Lucie. We order from here regularly. Sometimes the wait is long but it is 100% worth the wait. Sushi Rolls are amazing and super fresh!

Nice looking place but not the place for Vegan options. The waiter was friendly & honest with the ingredients & we appreciate that.For vegans it's not worth coming here when there are other establishments in the area with menus that would work for us.Not returning here unless their menu is updated.

Stopped in at Taiyo Restaurant tonight for sushi and Edamame and it was all delicious! As you can see we tore the Edamame up like there was no tomorrow! My compliments to the chef!!

Ordered based on reviews. Not impressed. Very dry sushi rolls , and not the most flavorful fried rice or pineapple fried noodles. I hate paying $70+ for meh food.

Ordered take out shrimp fried rice but received a different type of rice. Called to inform them that I was given the wrong rice and the owner argued with me that my order was right and was extremely rude in addition to their long wait time and lack of staff. I do not recommend dining here.

I really enjoyed almost every item we ordered. The crab Rangoon tasted fresh, it wasn’t over stuffed with cream cheese to compensate for lack of crab & the crab tasted real not artificial, also loved that I could taste the celery in it. the curry puffs and Tom Ka were both delicious, great little garden salad with ginger dressing, super crisp greens. The Panang curry was amazing, only thing I didn’t absolutely love was the pineapple fried rice, it lacked flavor and had a very mediocre amount of pineapple, the steamed pork dumplings were also so-so. All in all was really happy with my experience, excellent food & service! will absolutely be coming back and putting Taiyo in my dine out / take out rotation.

This place has been consistently delicious for years. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. The food is always good and seems fresh. This is my go-to for Japanese and sushi. A must try for Port Saint Lucie!

It pains me deeply to give a small restaurant a bad food review. But hopefully the chef/owner will benefit to improve. I took out Tom Kai and Massaman Curry. Both dishes were unremarkable and I disposed of the Tom Kai after eating a few of the mushrooms and chicken in the soup. I love good Tom Kai and this was just mediocre broth and coconut milk with no substance. The Massaman Curry was also some of the most bland thai food in memory. I'm sorry to say this as a traveler passing though town, but locals should know that there is MUCH better thai food to enjoy the true flavor of thai. Please do better Taiyo ...

This is place has amazing food at affordable prices.My new thing there is red curry with duck.But there’s many more options to choose from.I have been coming here at least once a week for the last couple months ever since my fiancé and I discovered it.
