Yet to come in contact with someone with any customer service experience. Always rude and less than helpful. Twice I’ve ordered through the app at this location and twice I have to go in and track down my orders. All clueless and offered zero assistance. Pretty sure I came in contact with a manager on one of these occasions and he offered zero apologies. I will just use the tradition location going forward.
