Best custard around. So many delicious flavors, clean store, friendly service.

We stopped in today to get ice cream not knowing they were closed, the lights were on, the girl was standing at the counter, the open sign was on and the doors were unlocked, all things that tell people that the business is open. When I walk in the girls working just start looking at us and at each other like we are insane for walking in, while not even saying a word. I understand if you guys are closed and haven’t turned off the sign yet and all but the reactions of the workers acting like WE are the crazy ones for just walking in is ridiculous. Literally no customer service skills at all, a simple “Hello, sorry we are closed for the night” would have worked but instead we got treated like circus clowns for not magically knowing they were closed even though the open sign was on.

The girls working were doing 360s while serving ice cream, 5 stars

Best ice cream here. They have a huge selection of flavors and the place is always clean and nice. Staff was great 👍 I love the peanut butter its my favorite 😍

HORRIBLE customer service from the young girl that takes orders in the front. This was Saturday afternoon, my husband was a little undecided and asked her two questions about the flavors when she rolled her eyes, turned around and walked away. It was so embarrassing the dirty look that she gave us. There's something called good manners and another thing called customer service, this girl has no idea about either one.

They whole family's favorite dessert spot....by a mile!

Got a banana split no nuts barely any toppings ice cream was melted already when it was handed to me. For 12 bucks it should be made right. I wasn’t impressed at all I’m sorry to say was the worst split I’ve had. Tighten up guys!! I hate leaving bad reviews

I was really in the mood for real custard after watching Carla Hall's food show. I love Carvel, but I found Whit's! How have I missed this shop? Fresh, delicious, so many choices & frozen bananas. Nicest staff.
