I was really in the mood for real custard after watching Carla Hall's food show. I love Carvel, but I found Whit's! How have I missed this shop? Fresh, delicious, so many choices & frozen bananas. Nicest staff.

I have been to Whit’s many times. I have bought cakes, quarts and sundaes. Always good until tonight. I was there about 30 minutes prior to closing. The staff were closing up. I bought two sundaes and took them home 5 minutes away I put them in the freezer for 45 minutes. They still came out watery and soft. The custard was not freshly made, it came out of the overflow container. First time with any issues. Thought you should know.
