“This place is very delicious, my family enjoys coming here a lot but lately we’ve gotten our food to go only because the waiter’s service is not the best, she’s always forgetting to bring our drinks or doesn’t write the order correctly, then she’s charging for the things she never brought out and then gives attitude, but food is amazing 10/10 very recommended!“

We took it to go because it was raining and we were close to home. When we finished, we had to call Marisela and Javier on the phone to congratulate them on such a delicious meal. “An absolute hidden gem! I found about this place when I ran into the Kwik Stop for something. Mexican food is my absolute favorite cuisine and I'm known to be a bit judgemental about it, upon first glance it doesn't look like much but a little counter with two stools and a grill behind it. I decided to come back to try the chilaquiles and an horchata. I looked at the menu for sopes which were not there and I asked the man behind the counter if he has them and he told me to give him extra 5 minutes and he would whip them up for me. Beyond kind and accommodating! The food is fresh and prepared right in front of you. He offered me two hot sauces to go with my meal and packaged everything to go. I took it home and enjoyed every single bite! Will be my regular spot from now on for a quick Mexican bite ?“

I got the Guadalajara plate which came on two plates, so I could try a lot of food in one visit. You won’t be disappointed with the tamales, chili rellenos, rice and beans. I bit myself twice, this food was so good! The scenery was great and had beautiful Mexican art.“

“The quesa birria tacos could only be better if made with goat vs. beef. Even the consumme was delicious! The bistro was super thin and pretty chewy. The flavor was good but more like jerky. The beans and rice were so so. The tortillas were excellent. The salsa bar was superb.“

“My wife and I decided on Mexican for our Friday night dinner date and I found this quaint family spot using Google. We’re glad we tried it and the only reason I don’t give it 5 stars for food is because my Birria tacos were a bit too greasy. My wife’s food was Tacos Al Pastor which was very good. We did a taco swap for sampling each other’s plate as we normally do. I’m not very fond of pineapple but her taco was better. The Birria tacos are made with crispy shells and they’re loaded with cheese which I think creates the greasiness with juices from the meat during baking or grilling as they may be heated but if you like that, you may really enjoy them. Very street-taco like. Los Bandoleros is a fast / self serve type restaurant where you order at the counter but the service was excellent with our order-taker kindly bringing our food to our table. We’ll definitely be back.
