I am so happy to see that this store has recently spent a lot of money repairing and updating the outside. New landscaping and painting, etc have been made. It looks great.

I hate to do this but I will. If you want ok food this is the place for you. Went tonight and by the way bartender is great just overworked. Ordered Swiss and onion burger 40 min later still no food. Her staff said they delivered it but did not. So in 5 minutes I got brought out an overcooked burger as I asked for pink please. Been under the heat lamp for quite sometime. I did get the broccoli it was good. So left the bar to go to the bathroom came back my half full brewtis was gone yet my plate still was there. Weird I got charged for everything though. So when I am in town I stay across the street because food in convenient. So not only does this restaurant affect its business but also the other local places as I will just go down the road where there is better food and service.

My sister came down from up north to visit our mom. I ordered the fish&chips and it was FANTASTIC ! Our waitress was Awesome! Thank you Applebee 😊😎

Went to pick up a doordash order and I went in where I always go (monday I went in that side and asked someone have I been goijg in the correct area for doordash pickups or should i go to the front she said where i came in is fine, hmmmm....)and some lady kept walking by me like I was invisible (didn't know I had that power, sweet). I canceled the order and called Doordash and they said yeah there's an awful lot of reports from drivers about that store and them not giving them orders or walking by them. Hmmm.... still got paid for it, though! LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :D

The LAST time I went to this establishment, I was treated terribly by the server, manager and top manager (chubby guy with a beard.) They push you to use the kiosk, but when it screws up, they accuse you for hitting the wrong buttons! Then they take ONE HOUR to void out my transaction!! They just wanted me to give them my card again and pay (again??) for my lunch. I don't think so! I wanted to see a void on paper, since we were dealing with 3 different numbers. The big shot manager's excuse was that he was dealing with the same issue for a 12 person party outside! I don't care!! No one else was inside! It was empty and it was like Dumb and Dumber!

Not sure what had the manager upset but we could tell something about here not quite right tonight. Bartender was good and checked on us and our food that was finally delivered( Penne was cold but we weren't gonna send it back and wait or tick off an employee in the back) an hour later. Just a tip: as a manager, your employees are affected by your mood. We chose Applebee's for Valentine's and I'm sorry we did. Note: bartender was good, she did nothing wrong!

we went there the 1st time everything was great and warranted a return trip so I just got home from going there again and it was absolutely disgusting. There were some people there it was 1pm not to busy from the time we were seated to the time we were served our food 40 minutes went by,the glazed chicken dish was burnt and the roast beef sandwich was tough,I went to the men's room and about lost what I had ate of my lunch I could smell the bathroom 20 feet away from it the floor around the urinals and toilet were soaked in urine you couldn't avoid it, paper towels littered the floor and water was all around the sink area an absolute disaster I will never go back to any applebee's again anywhere !
