Applebee's Grill + Bar

I would genuinely give 0 stars if it was an option. We were refused service at the bar despite having a VALID ID. We have been served by this staff COUNTLESS times. Yet, somehow, this time was different? We’ve been coming here for over 3 years, and not once have I been so dissatisfied by the service, including management. We will not be returning.

Food was FANTASTIC. We both had the Bourbon Street shrimp and chicken. AND the butter pecan blondie was Devine. Service was good when you could get the staff’s attention. Tables were not promptly cleared. We will go back but hope they can fix these shortcomings

Staff is friendly, restaurant is clean manager. Will check in on you if you Dine in. The to go is always professional and fast.

Waited to be seated in an almost empty restaurant for 5 mins. Food was cold, which is rough because the place was almost completely empty, so it just sat. I wanted this to be a better experience but every time I have gone to Applebee's in the last 10 years it has been a bad experience. Won't be returning to the chain again.

Had to wait a long time for a server to come to the table. Almost 15 minutes, even though the place was only 30% capacity. Maybe short staffed.
My mashed potatoes with my meal was cold. Happens that the manager was making his rounds and asked me about my meal. I told him but that I was too hungry to worry about it. Nevertheless, he sent me a hot replacement. Very considerate of him. I find Applebee's locations around the country that I have visited have managers that take your dining experience seriously.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food quality is consistent in the 7 states I have tried them.

I am so happy to see that this store has recently spent a lot of money repairing and updating the outside. New landscaping and painting, etc have been made. It looks great.

I hate to do this but I will. If you want ok food this is the place for you. Went tonight and by the way bartender is great just overworked. Ordered Swiss and onion burger 40 min later still no food. Her staff said they delivered it but did not. So in 5 minutes I got brought out an overcooked burger as I asked for pink please. Been under the heat lamp for quite sometime. I did get the broccoli it was good. So left the bar to go to the bathroom came back my half full brewtis was gone yet my plate still was there. Weird I got charged for everything though. So when I am in town I stay across the street because food in convenient. So not only does this restaurant affect its business but also the other local places as I will just go down the road where there is better food and service.

My sister came down from up north to visit our mom. I ordered the fish&chips and it was FANTASTIC ! Our waitress was Awesome! Thank you Applebee 😊😎

Went to pick up a doordash order and I went in where I always go (monday I went in that side and asked someone have I been goijg in the correct area for doordash pickups or should i go to the front she said where i came in is fine, hmmmm....)and some lady kept walking by me like I was invisible (didn't know I had that power, sweet). I canceled the order and called Doordash and they said yeah there's an awful lot of reports from drivers about that store and them not giving them orders or walking by them. Hmmm.... still got paid for it, though! LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :D
