Arrived Saturday, 2/22, evening at 8:30pm and got stated. Was walked by three different booths with hostess until ahe finally found one that wasn't dirty. After being seated, we sat 15 minutes while being completely ignored and watched a waiter and waitress walk by us four times without even acknowledging we were there. They had plenty of time to keep going back to the booth next to us full of teenager. Hostess could care less that we were leaving. We used to love always going here but, no more! Place has definitely gone downhill. New management is very much needed. Went down the street to Applebees. We were seated and taken care of within 2 minutes.

We usually dine in and Amy is our server most of the time. She is amazing. Does a great job every time. My youngest loves her. Love going there to dine in. If we end up with someone else, usually takes awhile and never comes back to the table for refills or to check if we need anything. We never ask for Amy, just get lucky to have her most of the time and we leave super happy bc of her.

However, we did a carry out today and spent $75 after tipping for traditional wings(supposed to be 15, only got 13) and 20 count boneless with a side of curly fries and a side of straight fries. Ordered extra sauces on the side and only recieved one flavor and shorted the other flavor. Hubby was not happy as he is doing the keto diet and can only eat traditional wings. :(
