We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton in Punta Gorda and had an exceptional dining experience at Dockside Grill. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by our server, Tara. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely attentive throughout our meal. Tara handled everything with poise and made us feel well taken care of from start to finish. We highly recommend this restaurant, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Tara as your server! We will definitely recommend it to others and look forward to returning.”

Absolutely horrible!!! Can not recommend for any reason. Tables were dirty, service terrible. We went for prime rib as advertised, they didn't have it. No bar just bottles of beer in a cooler. No parking. We had to park at the Harborside event center and hike over. It is not a true restaurant and should not be advertised as such.

They are having a remodel in the restaurant so dining is in another makeshift room. Food is overcooked and not what it used to be with this newest chef. It used to be excellent but not anymore, this is the second time I gave it another chance. The best part is that they are very accommodating in what you would like and prices are moderate. However food is not good.

We we're unaware the restaurant was under construction. They moved it into a room and it was loud and unorganized. We waited 40 minutes for our food and never received our appetizer. Server was not available for asking her anything. First time there and probably the last.

The service and food is usually phenomenal! We have been coming here for a couple years and recommend it to everyone. Unfortunately, tonight, service and food quality has plummeted. There wasnt the usial bartender/server with her silly attitude and fun sense of humor. After this last visit we probably wont be back unless we hear of improvement.

Our server Debbie wa AWESOME!! Great personality, very accommodating, great conversation. Well versed on all of the food offerings on the menu which helped guide us in making our selections. Saturday is Prime Rim night and it was delicious!
Had a great dinner at this restaurant. Sarah did an amazing job serving us. We had the Prime rib entree and the chicken main dish. Food was great. We will return!

This is one of those occasions where the Service stole the show.Food and ambiance were noteworthy, BUT, Lori deserves the Oscar ?Brief History: we were a group of about 24 people and add to that other hotel guests, so all tables were occupied.Floor staff had their hands full.Somehow, in the midst of all the chatter, distractions and people … Lori W emerged as personable, knowledgeable of the menu and supremely professional in her demeanor.Idk how my table lucked out to have her as our Server, but I felt blessed.Lori’s remarkable personality shone thru.She was the epitome of Joy, a beautiful and graceful figure gliding across the floor greeting and interacting with everyone with seemingly effortless grace, appreciation for our presence and most of all, a radiant smile that said “I’m happy you’re here”.Lori made my entire dining experience a very pleasant and memorable one.I encourage everyone to ask for her by name.Y’all can thank me later.Thanks Dockside Grill @ Four Points by Sherston … someone did well when they hired Lori.Thanks Lori for the great memories and for making my team business trip a phenomenal success.I guarantee we will be back !!!
