GiGi’s Ice Cream of Punta Gorda

It was so/so. Our first time there and they were out a 3rd of their flavors. It was cool that the kids could drawl/color at the table while we ate but not sure if we would go back

So many flavors! Nutella Cheesecake is my fave!

The lobster roll will not disappoint you, friendly staff , it is worth the stop

I LOVE supporting Mom and Pop local businesses that deliver on not only products but service as well. I have been coming to GiGi’s since I moved to Port Charlotte and have come to regard this establishment as a family favorite for our ice cream and treats go-to.
The staff are warm and inviting, always willing to go above and beyond to say: “YES, we can do that.” The owners and management are very friendly and welcoming to all their patrons the tables are covered in craft paper and coloring items to give everyone the ability to explore their creativity and the homemade ice cream and desserts are always scratch made, but it doesn’t stop there. They have an assortment of savory hot meals such as sandwiches, hotdogs and Lobster rolls. If you have a chance come check out GiGi’s and see for yourself. They are located in the heart of downtown Punta Gorda and they’re not too far away from shopping and other eateries and watering holes. I hope you enjoy them as much as my family does.

Not that good , the soft serve ice-cream didn't work and the ice-cream in the glass i wanted was melted, my grand daughter used the restroom and the toilet was broken and would not flush and the bathroom sink was plugged up but the young lady working was very nice and she loved the paper on the table to write on

Great treats with the added benifit of being one of the few places open late if you need a quick souvenir for a loved one past 8 pm!

I went to this cute little ice cream shop and was assisted by Julian who was super helpful since I was being indecisive. The place was clean and had that cute ice cream shop atmosphere. I would definitely recommend!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at GiGi’s! The young staff member, Julian, was so patient and polite while we struggled to choose what we wanted. Everything looked so good. The shop was clean, and the service was quick. It was such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! We will definitely be back soon!

The owner asked me one day what my favorite ice cream was and I told her....a couple weeks later I got the message my ice cream was waiting for me!!!! WOW now that is customer service...and it comes with a smile! FYI the ice cream was awesome!

If you’re ever in the mood for homemade ice cream this is the place!! Atmosphere is great and the customer service we got from Julian was a 10

Ice cream looks yummy, the place is very confortable and welcoming but the coffee and the pastrami sandwich was not good. I ordered a latte and and a pastrami sandwich. The meat looked like dry bacon and the latte taste like smoke.
